If I could give zero stars, I would. I just ordered a pizza from Domino’s, and what I received was beyond unacceptable. When I opened the box, it looked like the driver had either dropped it or tossed it around for fun. The pizza was a complete mess, with the toppings all over the place and the crust folded and smashed. I didn’t even recognize it as a pizza at first.
To make things worse, I had also ordered a soda, which I never received. The driver casually told me they were “out of soda.” But when I called the store to confirm, I was told they did have soda. So, either the driver lied, or they just didn’t care enough to fulfill my order properly.
When I called to complain, it only got worse. They left me waiting on the line for 20 minutes before I had to hang up and call again. When I finally got through, the lady had the nerve to tell me that she had already informed me that I would receive a new pizza — which was a complete lie. She never told me anything. I had to call back again just to get someone to talk to me.
This level of negligence and lack of professionalism is appalling. I paid for a service and product that was completely ruined, and instead of fixing the problem, they brushed it off like it didn’t matter.
This is by far the worst experience I’ve had with Domino’s, and I will not be ordering from them again. If you’re considering ordering from this location, save yourself the frustration and go somewhere that actually cares about...
Read moreI ordered the Buffalo 5 macaroni and cheese got regular five cheese macaroni and cheese no Buffalo , I also ordered the garlic Parmesan bread twists with the five cheese dipping sauce and as you can see there's no bread with my cheese the hand toss pizza is supposed to be Italian sausage and onions and this was made by the GM or so he said and the stuffed crust pizza isn't cut all the way through and pulls apart at the crust when you're trying to pick it up out of the box when I called to let them know what was wrong with my order the GM told me that he could only give me a $20 credit on my $45 dollar order. I told him I would bring the food back myself so that he could see what was delivered to me because this is unacceptable and he once again told me that all he could give me was a 20-dollar credit when I told him I used to work at that store he decided that he would remake the food and deliver it to me personally because he was the GM.
