Since New Years Eve, Iâve been having multiple issues with orders coming in a timely manner, made correctly, or even looking edible. Each time I order, I try to give this location the benefit of the doubt, and each time, I am more disappointed. The last few times my husband has ordered, there has been something wrong with the pizzaâeither the cheese was old and had a plastic-like consistency, or the slices of the pizza were jumbled around in the box like the box had been thrown around repeatedly.
On several occasions, we have had to wait over two hours for our order to arrive. When trying to call, the phone just continues to ring. It rang for half an hour before I drove to the store myself. As I pulled out, the woman who answered the phone just snapped âwe arenât taking orders.â I tried to tell her I was looking for the status of my order, and she wouldnât tell me anything. I told her I was coming to pick it up, as weâve been waiting for two and a half hours at that point. When I went in, she claimed it had already gone out, but I could see my order from the counter. It took an additional forty-five minutes after I left for it to show up at our house.
Additionally, the website says that all deliveries are contactless. The last five times weâve ordered, the driver will wait for one of us to answer the door to directly hand us the order, even though we are both specifically requesting contactless orders.
If I were the manager of this store, I would be embarrassed by the customer service and the quality of the food being sent out. If zero stars could be given, I would give that, because one star...

However , Amber went above and beyond to help with the multiple mistakes on my order. She told them to remake and deliver my food . With the understanding it would be a 45 minute wait. Which was not a problem. We waited 2 hours and we received nothing. Called , talked to a young lady who told me , â we are not resending your order and hung up on me. So I drove to the store , Dixie Hwy in PRP to be told that they were not remaking my order. I tried to explain to them that I talked with Amber and what the issue was , but they called me a lair . Told me I never spoke with her that she was gone. I look over on the shelves where you put ready pizzas for delivery. Could not believe it, but there was my order sitting there cold due to the 2 hour wait and no one taking the time to look , have respect, & at least hear the customer out instead of assuming she or he is wrong. I still had my old order with me I took too untouched as well.
I work very hard for my money . I expect to be treated the way they would want to be treated., but I gave Dominoâs another chance. This time they forgot my drinks. The driver told me he would go grab them and be right back. Didnât get my 2 litters back for hours . We, âmy family âwas already in bed when he brought them back.
Other than all that . My only complaint would be. That you try and simplify your app to make ordering easier. Itâs a little confusing.

   Read moreSo my boyfriend had a order of stuffed cheesy bread sent to me with instructions to write "I love you" which they did that and everything was fine but the driver added "sike" to it which understandably made him mad, even though he marked it out and wrote "sorry lol". To me everything was fine but my boyfriend wrote a bad review and told them that this was the reason why. So I'm guessing he used my phone number under the order because I just got a call from the manager who complained to me about the bad review and kept repeating that he didnt understand. The situation was explained over the review and i explained it multiple times to him personally over the phone but due to the fact that he hated that his location now had another bad review he was mad. Which in my opinion he should take it up with the driver and not call the customer, who paid for the food, and argue with them. It was your driver who opened the food that he wasn't suppose to. It was your driver who took a pen and marked on the box. And it was very rude of someone who is supposed to be a professional manager to call a 16 year old girl and get a attitude then say that you won't be delivering to us anymore and hang up when it was your employee who violated the protocol. NEVER EATING HERE AGAIN. Yes the matter wasn't serious and i told my boyfriend that he was over reacting, I thought the message was actually funny and the delivery boy was really sweet when he delivered it, but due to management I will never eat at this location again unless there's a chance.
