Updated based on todays service and food. Food was nowhere near as good despite my order being duplicated from last time. Fries were not even the same! When I asked, after I'd received my order, I was informed they ran out of the crinkle and had substituted! Wow.. I think that's something that needs stated before you confirm an order?
I didn't get tomato, onion, or pickle on my burger and was told it didn't come with it.. apparently my last server had asked if I wanted it and today they did not.
The tea was nearly water, the burgers were ordered well, they weren't well. My burger was black bean and mushy, my husbands beef burger was pink. For such thin slices its hard to believe but it happened!
It took multiple asks and waitresses to get my diet soda.. it was chaos. So many servers everywhere but little getting done.
Honestly, had this been my experience night one, I would shout RUN, DO NoT stop here!
I don't see myself returning. A restaurant that can go from. high, down to so low, in the course of two visits is a huge red flag. Very disappointed!

When he was finished he went in to work and left all his trash laying in the parking lot. I called and asked for a manager, I spoke with a female and advised her of situation and just wanted them to know what their employee did, leaving all the trash.
She said she was sorry but it was okay, people from other countries have different beliefs and religions. Mmmmmm okay, this is America and it’s not okay to litter and it’s definitely not ok for Drakes to be okay with this. Littering the city of Louisville and your property is not acceptable.
I have been a dedicated customer to Drakes. That is no longer, I...
Read moreI recently ventured to Drakes in hopes of a satisfying meal with my work colleagues but left feeling more like a guinea pig in a service experiment. My teriyaki chicken bowl, while technically edible, arrived so early that it seemed to have been sent back in time. The rest of my party waited patiently for their food, leaving me to contemplate the existential crisis of a cold chicken bowl.
As if the food wasn't enough of a disappointment, our server seemed more interested in playing 'Table Touch' than actually serving us. Every few minutes, we were asked to clear plates, refill drinks, or generally perform tasks that are usually handled by the staff. It was as if they were trying to set a new world record for the most interruptions during a meal.
The teriyaki bowl itself was a sad spectacle. Mostly rice, with a few token pieces of chicken, avocado, and vegetables, it felt like a culinary bait-and-switch. At that price point, I expected something a bit more substantial than a bowl of fluffy grains and a sprinkle of...
