I’m leaving this review waiting in the drive thru line. Out of 5 customers in line two have already left. It took 8 minutes to take my order when I pulled up to the speaker. I’m s in line right now and I’ve been here 20 minutes and they’ve served two customers. Hopefully the donuts are fresh.
Update: I returned at a later date hoping for better service. I again waited at the speaker for several minutes before they were able to take my order. I ordered a dozen glazed donuts and they tell me they’re out of donuts. Yes, Dunkin Donuts was out of donuts.
Update: came back again at 10am and again, they’re out of glazed donuts. That’s twice in row about a month apart that Dunkin Donuts is out of donuts.
Update: there’s literally no way anyone has ever reviewed this location above one star. I came back after a long time. I’m the first person in the drive thru. No customers inside. It’s 4pm on a Wednesday. It took 6 minutes to take my order. I’ve now been at the pickup window for 9 minutes and haven’t had anyone come to the window. I’ve just seen one person walking back and forth doing nothing. I’m pretty sure they’re just waiting for me to leave.l so they can go back to whatever they were doing before.
They just came to the window and apologized. Said they’re the only person here and they’re coworker just showed up. Still doesn’t make sense now they can’t put a dozen donuts in a box and give them to me in what is now 18 minutes, considering I’ve been the only customer. The person who was behind me in the drive thru left 5...
Read moreWe arrived at Dunkin on our last day of a nice trip to KY. Unfortunately it left a pretty bad taste in our mouth (pardon the pun). Like many quick service restaurants the lobby was closed to customers. The highly profitable drive through remained open however. Maybe 4-5 cars were in the drive through. Upon reaching the speaker we were informed that it would be a "long wait" as there were only two people working. Ironically it only took a few minutes to reach the window. Once we reached the window is when the problems began. We had 12 people in the van so as you can imagine the order was large and varied. As the food was passed to us we began distributing it to everyone. We soon realized we were short two donuts. They provided one with only a little attitude, but when we explained that we were still missing a donut they escalated to being very rude. It ended with the woman who was working cursing us (f word) and screaming at us to not come back. She had also explained her aggravation was stemming from us backing up the drive through. It was upsetting because we were simply trying to make sure everyone had what they wanted to eat. Whether we ordered incorrectly or if they had filled the order incorrectly was secondary to the extremely nasty attitude from the employee. I have tried to call the owners of the store and until I hear from them I would...
Read moreDoors were locked during operation, with big family (the manager?!) Eating inside. Wouldn't open the doors to let me talk about my order I placed through the drive thru. They got my order wrong and forgot a drink. Mentioned it to the drive thru employee who then said it wasn't on my order. Asked to just buy it there and get what I actually ordered. She said she couldn't do that and I'd have to get back in line. Then pushed and asked why not when they got it wrong. Tried to say someone repeated my order, which I told her they did not. Then rudely told me sorry she couldn't help me. Left the line. The line was over 10 cars, so I wanted to head inside. Doors were locked and no one would respond to knocking on the doors. Despite there being a big family eating inside, I assume it was probably the owner and his family. Called corporate to get a refund because I'm not messing with...
