Panera Bread — Restaurant in Louisville

My husband and I decided that Panera would be lunch for today. As I walk into the store there are 2 female cashiers standing at their stations. No other customers are present. We wait about 30 seconds and no one greeted us. So being the EXCELLENT C.S trainer that I am, I take the opportunity to began showing them by example how to handle in coming customer's. I walk up to the elder cashier and says "Hello, how are You today?" She smiles and says "I'm WELL, thank you. Do you have a Panera card with us"? I inform her that I do and proceeds to give her the number. She asks for my name and I inform her that my name is DIANE. She takes our order and we proceed to the back to retrieve the order. After about 5 minutes a bag is placed on the counter. This bag has a receipt attached to it that says "Cathy". After about 15 min of waiting, and 4 or 5 other customers retrieve their orders being placed on the pick up counter, with non having my name, the cashier that took our order comes by and ask if their was something wrong that we had not gotten our order? I informed her that we had not seen my name come up, nor had we been addressed by anyone behind the counter and neither by the server that was running in house table orders. She asked the cook who was on her cellphone why had we not received our order yet? The server/cook then asked for our name. The cook informed the cashier that the order on the counter was ours that had the name "CATHY" on it and turned and walked away. I pray...

Visited around 8 am looking for a hot coffee and the coffee is almost empty and Luke warm most likely left over from the day before (this is the self serve by the cashiers) The half and half carafe was empty as well. Asked an employee if they would brew fresh coffee. They obliged but did not offer a replacement. It’s 20 minutes later no coffee. There was not another soul in the restaurant at 8 am which is odd for a place selling baked goods that are synonymous with breakfast however the locals must know what a poorly ran Panera this is. The tables and chairs all are very worn and come with ripped vinyl surfaces and dilapidated wood veneers pulling away from their worn surfaces. It was hard to find a table that wasn’t dirty to sit and wait while they brewed coffee. Again there is no one in this place dirtying it up. The employee manning the register did not offer a hello or any kind of greeting one would expect when visiting a restaurant. Definitely not a place one wants to spend any amount of time in which might explain why the owners or managers have let it get so bad. I’m not one to usually leave reviews but I am very disappointed by this Panera because every other one I have been to makes this one feel like it belongs in a third...

I ordered bacon double take sandwich, and streak & wake sandwich, for $14.82 get 3 blocks down street bite my bacon double melt sandwich only thing is on sandwich was cold egg n cheese. So I take thru drive through n waited 9mins to get to window to tell them what happen I was polite, nice and just wanted both my sandwich fresh n correctly made n do u know the manager would not do it, he said he is only making the one messed up and like I told him it's been a total of 23mins that I have left and had to come back because yall didn't add no bacon to my sandwich and it's a double bacon lol with no bacon lol. So I took a picture of the food and the receipt and ask for my money back.... The manager could have made this right and just remade my order I should not have to have 1 cold sandwich because yall didn't make my other sandwich right, that place is expensive and I just wanted my meal correctly made and by the way this was 9am in the morning and yall messing up on orders that early.
