Shop here often however after my last experience I will not be back to this location. I purchased something on Dec 26th and tried to return it with a receipt because the item was a speaker that didnāt work. Again I had the receipt and card I paid with when attempting the return and the guy refused to let me return it. There was also a youngish brunette girl who was very rude and told the cashier that was trying to do the return originally not to and went and found a younger a guy to come to the front. The original cashier did t understand why they wouldnāt return it. They said they wanted to check the camera and see if I actually made the purchase. I again with the receipt also provided the date and time I was there. A young guy with braids and beads in his hair said they couldnāt find me on camera and refused to return it. It was a $25 return that I had a receipt and original card for. After that I emailed the district manager and actually got the items exchanged at the shelbyville location. The shelbyville location...

If I could leave zero stars I would. Terrible. The store just had a bunch of junk. I canāt tell you how many shirts I found with stains and holes in them. They even had a north face jacket with a stain and a cigarette burn in it special priced for $39.99 š they have lost their minds. The prices here are ridiculous. I saw this little bitty pot priced for $7.99 š¤£š¤£š¤£ they got to be crazy. So sad instead of pricing thingās reasonable to sale they try and take peopleās money. SMH š¤¦āāļø itās no thrift store now⦠no more finding deals. Come on...

Iāve never experienced an altercation like this in my life. I asked the store guys for help (which two were willing) until some old guy barley walking around comes screaming we arenāt permitted to help load things in your car, as they were literally loading the car infront of me. And then proceeded to yell at me as the other guys were helping me. Or trying to anyway but then big Bertha came out yelling at all three of us. Talk about lazy and terrible customer service.
