Jimmy John's — Restaurant in Louisville

1-23-2023 Update so this is new opening, they're been opened a month or so, last location closed down completely, signs and all were gone. (See in Google street view Nov 2022). But they continued on google as the same company. With that said, they seem to be taking the same stances.. Make a sandwich thats roughly what was asked for. Do they even read the receipts in front of them? CUT IN HALF happens 1/10 times. Asks for grey poupon... doesn't put it on the sandwich. Checks box in app Add Napkins... no Napkins. They were seemingly Nice in person, but evidently do not pay attention.

(2015)same as the rest, Horrible delivery range. they will deliver to my work(10 min From the location), but not to my home(7 min from the location). Not to mention that the eat-in experience is great as long as you like eating into a wind-Tunnel. the vent system in the restaurant is terrible for the location size-sit at one of the booths and prepare to grab hold of any napkins, bag of chips or sandwich wrapper, if not they'll be on the...

Recently went through the drive-thru, placed my order, got home and my order was incorrect and there was no receipt in the bag. I called to let them know our order was incorrect and they had just closed at 10. I called another store to get advice on what to do about the situation (in which they were friendly and helpful). They told me to continue to call the original store back and see if I could get an answer, as they like to handle errors during the shift it happened. I called the original store back only to eventually have a lady answer the phone, tell me they were closed and hang up on me before I could get anything out. I tried to call back again and never got an answer. This was our dinner for the night and I'm not even able to get it fixed or at LEAST talk to someone about it. I will be calling in the morning to speak with the general manager. It would have been a simple fix but instead I was hung up on and...

One of my personal favorite restaurants to go because they're very fast with the orders and their food is tasty. Also with an amazing variety of sandwiches to choose from! Edit: Ive been ordering from this jimmy johns (i live 5 minutes away) my subs always are on their way in delivery but never arrived on time. last time i ordered my meal was out for delivery at 7:07 and never showed up so I canceled my order after a half hour. its the second time that happened so in conclusion they need to step their delivery game ALL THE WAY UP. Plus an delivery guy (chubby, Caucasian and tall) he spat in my food multiple times. I always be sure to tip a lot so idk what that...
