McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisville

It's a shame to see so many low star reviews. This is my usual McDonald's location and have had nothing but great experiences everytime I visit this location. The staff are always friendly to me and go out of they're way to fix an issue if there is one. I ordered a mobile order tonight for this location and waited in the drive-thru for a bit, then when I got to the window there was no record of a mobile order for me. They apologized (for something that was out of their control in the 1st place) and I said it was OK and I offered to pull out of line as to not hold up the drive-thru, which they greatly appreciated. I pulled over and parked, reordered from the app and went inside to get my order. They continuously apologized to me and I got my my order pretty quickly and with an extra little dessert for my wait! As a former McDonald's employee in my teen years and a human being that makes mistakes, it is hard to please everyone, especially during the busier hours, when the pressure is on you and your team. And yes, it is a "Fast Food" place but they do what they can to get you your order as accurately and quickly as humanly possible. A little patience, understanding and respect go a long way and makes for a better experience overall for everyone. And a BIG Thank You to the staff that served me on 3/6/18 (around 8:30pm) you guys...

This visit the front counter and dine in where open Fast attentive service. I had 2 sausage biscuits with cheese and a side of gravy. I chose the dine in option. First time since years ago it seemed. The restaurant was very close to perfect in cleanliness, attentive and in a higher level of experience. These were mature, no nonsense but friendly as any busy working individual could be. Excellent example to any "Woe is me I have to earn my hourly pay" because... the had 3 people up front, not seeing (didn't notice, but there were) any other workers and they had minimal NOT 20 (like everywhere that can get 20) standing, leaning, doing nothing at all and gripe about THAT as hard work individuals. 3 we're owning that busy walk up, drive thru, online business with "smooth as silk" finesse and veteran that had done 30 and came back for 31, then 32, 33 and worked until the store itself collapsed, from old age. Awesome! Inconceivable! Unbelievable! Inconceivable! You keep saying that word, I do not think it means what you think it does -...

we used to go here because it was the best around. well not again. First we went through drive through and the woman taken the order was too busy giggling and laughing to take the order so we pulled around and went inside. the first thing that hit me was the smell of rancid oil. My feet stuck to the floor as I went to the counter, the floor behind the counter was filthy as was the floor in the main part of the store. I took my cups to the drink machine and the lids where covered in gunk I had to dig down about 8 lids to get a clean one. The fries I got were cold and when i brought them in they said they would make me more then proceeded to hand out the cold fries to the other drive through customers. When we told the manager the store stunk and the floor was sticky he said he had not cleaner and there was nothing he could do. -BLINK- isn't that a part of being a manager working where...
