Itâs like a flip of coin if their shake machine works. Itâs the stupidest bs. Either they are lazy and donât want to fix this machine or because McDonaldâs has got this ridiculous deal with the machine manufacturer that wonât allow them to fix the machine. All other restaurants that use this equipment works fine. Their parking lot is dirty, for unprofessional attitude heard in background. Mcds has become a joke. Itâs not even convenient anymore. U have to wait 10 mins pull up to another spot so their timer stats arenât bad for the day. Mcds needs to figure out that serving their customer is more important than the bottom line. Thereâs so many more options to choose from and every time I have to deal with these locations all of them I go less and less. Iâve been introducing my grand kids to other places that they like and never have to worry if their machines are broke. Why is it always just the shake machine why donât the grills or fryers break. Why do all of the customers have had this same experience.? Mcds is ax waste of money and time. They have me completely wrong order after I get home. This is for 2 kids age 4 and 5. They donât eat Big Macs. But thatâs what the geniuses at McDonaldâs in fern creek have me. As they were talking to someone while handing me the wrong order. Didnât even see the womenâs face she cared more about talking than giving me correct order.    Read moreThis store stole my money. It was made clear that they had no intention of helping me when I called them. I placed an order, and within a minute or two, I realized my app didn't update the address like it normally would. I should have checked that part is my fault. I tried to cancel in my app, and it said I couldn't because the order was being made. I called the store, and they said I had to do it in the app. I told the woman I would try again and call back if needed. It didn't work. I called back. I made it as far as to say, "This is Sharon again," and they hung up on me. Now the phone has been conveniently busy for nearing an hour and I work till 8 pm tonight. I am going to attempt to walk into this store tonight, but if I can't get anywhere with it, I'm reporting this to the BBB. Are you guys trying to scam people? I made a mistake with the locator. Surly, this isn't your process. You didn't give me a product but you take my money. UPDATE: After a manager tried to tell me that the completion date didn't match the transaction, 7/11, I pointed out to her the section labeled transaction date 7/9 that matched the online receipt that I kept.    Read moreOf course time of day may change an individual's experience but personally the employees there are very polite and are always ready to help you with your order and time between ordering and receiving your food is minimal compares to "other" places (white castle) where I recently went which the one I'm referring to specifically is located basically on Bardstown road where gene Snyder crosses over and in front of walmart..... walked in and lady in front of me had to be there for a few minutes at least with a frustrated look and after 5 more mins they took her order at that I waited 6-7 more minutes standing there plain as day where all employees could see myself standing and waiting and after someone finally bringing food for the lady up to the pick up area and walking away he lazily said someone will be with you in a min and his tone kinda got to me so I told myself in going to count to 60 and if I am not helped by then I'm walking out and guess what..... I made it to 60 with all the employees still avoiding eye contact and after 10 mins going by at the least I walked out and warned the person walking in as I was to be prepared to go hungry in that place .....
