McDonald's — Restaurant in Louisville

I love this store!!! I quit eating McDonald's entirely for years because I got tired of my order always being wrong or the food just not being good. One day at work I was telling my boss and coworkers about how I missed eating McDonalds but it never tasted like it used to and they always messed my order up. They told me about this McDonalds and said it's the only one that they ate at. So I tried it and they were absolutely right! The food always tastes like it is supposed to, it's always fresh, they are super organized so you get your food quickly and they always remember all the little details like napkins, sauces, straws, etc... so for the last five years I've been eating there a lot. I eat breakfast almost every weekday on my way to work, and at least once on the weekends. So I've eaten at this McDonald's literally hundreds of times and they have NEVER messed anything up. Every single time my order is exactly right, even the special instructions! The staff is even friendly which is rare these days. My work van is too big with the ladders on top of it to fit through any drive thru so I use the curbside option on the app a lot. They always bring it out to me super fast, with straws, napkins, and they offer condiments. It is not easy to run a restaurant, and it is almost impossible to run one as well as this manager does. He is a super hard worker, and always friendly. I'd like to offer my sincere thanks to the crew for your hard work and great attitudes! A lot of people don't seem to care at most restaurants. They don't think it's a big deal. But for me, I work really hard and some times my food is the only fun part of my day. I can start my day off in a way better mood when I get a great meal, quickly, from smiling people! It is a big deal to me! I appreciate you so much! If you're like me and love mcdonalds recipes but don't trust most of their stores to give you good service, then you should definitely give this store a try! I promise you won't be let down! So I asked for a little bit of warm water cause the bathroom didn't have any an my baby needed a bottle we just left KY kingdom well the young girl behind counter was named Maria an she said there was 1.10 charge but when my husband pulled card out she was gonna cancel it there was an employee there that wasn't even on the clock apparently cause when she left she had her kid with her but she told me last time I gave u guys free stuff I got in trouble she has never given us free stuff as we aren't from there when asked for a number was told they didn't have one what kind of business doesn't have phone to contact the young man Joel handed me a cup with a 1 800 number on it well I went to taco Bell hot warm water when asked for the girls name that was rude she gave it to me her name is Tiffany an when telling her I was filing a complaint against her she said I by bring me into it yes my problem was with you so my mother came over to speak with manager my mom was asking for number an asked manager for pen when my mom asked the manager for his name to write down he grabs my mother's arm an try to rip the pen out of her hand. The managers name is Jose or so he says it is a shame that there are good hard working employees like Joel am Maria have to deal with co workers that threaten customer cause then I said I wanted Tiffany's job she said she would whoop my ass an a manager that thinks it's ok to put his hands on his customers when I spoke to Maria she was apologizeing but I wanted her to know in no way was it her fault when I spoke to joel he gave me another copy of receipt an circled. Apply for a second job here the manager couldn't even be bothered to come and tell me that there must have been a glitch with the system that scheduled me an appointment for an interview that conflicts with the lunch rush also I tried calling but after reading all of these reviews about people not being able to get anyone on the phone makes me feel bad LOL mainly because I have 23 years experience and I put my time and money into making it to an interview I feel as though the least they could have did was gave me a definite time when we could have another interview or at least been greeted by a manager there was adequate help during the time that I came to where the manager possibly could have stepped away from a minute according to the attire there was more than one person in that same position I see that they say a lot of people in Kentucky don't want to work but I wonder if the type of treatment they're given when they're trying to obtain jobs is anything like what I received today I felt disregarded and disrespected but my fish sandwich was hot so to the people that are complaining about not being able to get anybody on the phone to make a complaint I'm sorry that that's happening to you but don't feel as though it's personal they're just don't answer the phone and management doesn't seem to show any real regard for anybody who isn't already employed there or anybody who isn't in the Drive-Thru land...
