Update Jan 20th. - So I have visited here the past 5 Saturdays. Each week the Salad bar has dwindled. Lost Peas last week. The lettuce has changed eash week. Went from big mix, to small mix, today it was just Iceberg and Carrot slivers. I assume next time it will just be plain iceberg. The desserts are lesser quality each ti e. Not sure if due to costs or the person making them being different. You're still not going to get this amount of food for the price. Just sad to see quality dropping. Dec 2023 (original) I went to Gatti-Land for ages, (Right around the Corner-Outerloop). when it closed down I was a little sad, but I could understand why. Not as many people want to Arcade and Pizza as they did back in the 90's. This location is smaller, but more manageable, similar to the Dixie Hwy location Size. It retains the Old Golden Corral Layout food bars, Seating, minus the Most right side seating that was in GC. That space is now the Arcade games, See photos Below. Lighting it Dim, which I'm fine with. Food this day 12-23-2023 was good. I did not request a pizza like I normally would at any other Mr Gatti's location, just ate was was out, which was fine. Normal Pep, Pep/Saus, Buff Chicken, Supreme, Cheese, also Cheese Bread, Cinna-Bread and what looked to be Apple desert. I didn't have any of that previous person kind just had their way with it. But the Cinnamon was great, Cheese bread was good, different that I remember, it was airy not dense. Then the Pasta Bar, Salad Bar and middle ground bar with toppings for salad and Puddings. I'm 6'4" the Salad bar stuff was a little hard to get at due to how far back things were. i was semi0squatting down to reach things with the baby tongs they had out. They had 1 TV on the far left near where I was seated playing some Christmas Love story. Pricing well that like other things has also gone up, $12.99 for 1 person (11-59 yrs) this was at 11 AM when they opened on Sat-23RD. Overheard some older ladies talking theirs was right at $10, since they were over 59yr old. Which is to be expected. Main thing I can say is as long as the patrons continue to ACT RIGHT, we can keep this gem in play for another umpteen years.

Paid $30 for two buffets while we were waiting for our dogs to get fixed at the vet thinking this would be a good option for our 18 month old. For starters, we had to wait for 15 minutes at the counter to even get in. Pizza was stale and cold, same for the cheese sticks. Green beans had no flavor. Pasta was cold. They left a metal spoon in the green beans that was hot to the touch. Silverware was all filthy. We could not find a single clean high chair. The salad bar didn’t have much and what was there looked old so stop lying on your Facebook with your salad bar photos. I’m not one to complain ever, I practically never write reviews - but $30 for cold and flavorless food, nasty salad with no toppings no games that I can do with my toddler, and everything being absolutely disgusting including the bathrooms which didn’t even have soap. We also aren’t picky eaters but no one was willing to eat it - it was stale and gross and honestly I was too scared we would get sick

We are from Meade County and we had a birthday party on march 24th at mr. Gatti's on the Outer Loop for my grandson who turned ten. We were out around 600 dollars total on the party fee game room cards and individual buffets that were required purchase upon entry. We all had to wait on pizza more than once and there were a total of 44 games not operable including the bowling and bumper cars and the children cldnt even cash there tickets in because that was also not open . There were bags of tied trash in the floor as well I took pics of everything. I asked for a manager none was available till next day she said..I emailed corporate and ive gotten no reply there as well. We cld have spent that childs birthday in a much better way . Dont make this mistake parents . We wont again with the younger ones in the future.

Update* the company replied and requested me to email them so they could make it right. I emailed them several days ago and never heard back.

We visited for the first time and it was a strange experience. Almost $70 for my family of five. That's fine we figured because it's a buffet. But the selection of food was scarce and didn't taste good at all. Not only that but everything was sticky and crummy and we later see how very dirty the game area is.

We had already decided that we wouldn't be coming back because of the food but wanted to play games with our kids to wrap up the experience. After spending another $50 for two playing cards, our son accidently dropped his card while playing the basketball game and it fell inside the machine. The counter guy came to help look for it, and for that I'm thankful, but said there was nothing he could do and walked away. I went back and asked again because we had already spent over $100 and just wanted to finish the games, kids get there little prizes, and leave. The counter guy went to the kitchen and very rudely spoke about the situation to another staff, as if I couldn't hear what he was saying, telling her that my son lost his card. I then spoke to her and explained that the card fell inside the machine, not just lost, it's inside the machine. She immediately, and nicely, told the man how to replace it.

We finished our game time, I even added more money to one of the cards because we were having a good time at the games, collected the prizes, and left.

Really, my honest complaints are the quality and price of the food, the cleanliness of the place, and the counter guy acting as if I was trying to pull one over on him for the less than $20 left on the game card. We had already decided that we wouldn't be back after the food experience so, what happened after that is irrelevant but kind of like the cherry on top.

The games were fun. There were a handful that were out of order but that's normal I assume...

Back in the day Mr Gattis used to be THE place to be and be seen..if you didn't go you just were the average person..since then Mr. Gattis has gone down hill badly. I don't understand why managers and workers don't take pride in their food and venues anymore like they used to?? The pizzas were THE best..they tasted so good and nothing not even papa johns or dominos could come close to it. The pizzas were served hot and not lukewarm which can cause food poisoning...there wasn't bugs on the counters or on the food...everything was spic and span clean!! You could eat off the carpet...the managers needs to be ashamed of themselves!! There's no sense in it...I would hate to see how they keep their kitchens at home or how they make their food!! If I was a manager everyone would be fired and I would hire people that knows how to make quality food and wouldn't put out the garbage that is being made now!! You all need some schooling on food safety and how to make pizzas and how to be a worker and manager...shame on all of them for allowing this to go on...yes people can call a number and so on that they give you BUT they won't do anything about it...so why give them a contact to call if you aren't taking care of the problem?? Plus what else that would help is parents control your kids and don't allow them to touch food that they aren't getting and passing germs onto others!! That's nastiness...block off access to children and someone stand at the bar and the workers get the pizzas and whatnot for them...it doesn't take much to do!! Fire people and get people in that cares about the welfare and health and quality of food...no don't message with a link telling me to contact this one or that one when nothing is going to be...
