i don’t like how things are managed at this CVS. the drive thru staff, especially the lady working there, is very rude and unprofessional. she gave me attitude, unwelcoming body language, and even looked at me rudely when i told her i only needed one prescription. she also tried to charge me extra, even though the app showed it should be the same price. her tone of voice was inappropriate and disrespectful.
on top of that, there was no greeting or basic customer interaction. the line is usually backed up, and it takes around 30 minutes just to get through. the service is extremely slow, and there have even been times when they gave me the wrong dose, and i had to correct it myself. very disappointing...
Read moreSnow/ice all week, closed a day or so, drive thru lined around the building, inside lined up the center aisle, every single person in the Pharmacy working as fast as they could answering phones, filling rx's, working the counter (the young lady at the counter was working out of 2 registers so if a customer needed to confer with the Pharmacist, she could continue waiting on customers. Every person smiling, greeting customers, and taking care of business. Complain all you want about Big Pharma (which I do), but I can never complain about the efforts and courtesy displayed at the Antle drive...
Read moreSwitching pharmacies. Sixth time they didn’t have my prescription. Wouldn’t be as big of a problem if I was notified rather than being left in the dark about it. Or when I call, say it will be ready on a certain day, then when I go to pick it up say it won’t be ready for another 3 more days. Last time I was out for almost two weeks! I know sometimes medications get put on back order but customers should be notified of this and not left to guess when their medication...
