I'm from out of town but decided to eat here two days in a row (I really like Qdoba, lol)
The first time I went, it was lunch time and was decently crowded as there was a convention in town and two of the main hotels are just a couple of blocks away. While ordering my food, the prepper started working on doordash orders at the same time, this making ordering kinda confusing, but that might just be me. I asked for a drink at the counter and due to the cashier distracted by something else, I didn't get one, and since I didn't get a receipt, I don't know if I got charged or not, so I didn't bother.
Today, I decided to go a bit earlier than yesterday and my experience was way better. The ordering process was easier, despite there being a line. I ordered a large drink and, unfortunately, they didn't have any large lids. Since I had to get my order to go, the cashier offered me two regulars as well as the large I already had (which I offered to a kind man since I couldn't take it, lol).
TL;DR, standard Qdoba but I'd highly recommend getting there from 11:00 to 11:30 if getting lunch. Was a 50/50 in regards to both quality...
Read moreI arrived at the store around 10:45 PM with my three daughters, only to be met with outright refusal of service from the manager, who identified herself as “Kay Kay.” Without providing any explanation, she told us they would not be taking any more orders. Moments before, I witnessed other customers walk in seconds in front of us and receive full service. She instructed her staff to prepare those customers’ food—despite allegedly not accepting orders.
To make matters worse, a DoorDash delivery driver entered the store, and once again, Kay Kay directed her staff to prepare that order right in front of me, further emphasizing her decision to ignore us entirely. The blatant double standard and lack of professionalism were shocking.
When I attempted to document what had just occurred by taking a photo, she mockingly called me "weird" and reiterated that they still weren't taking any more orders. I pointed out that I had just watched her authorize two bowls to be made right in front of me, which made her refusal even more absurd and disrespectful.
This kind of behavior is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the...
Read moreStopped at this location because it was one of the few things open at the time. The food was alright but the service was pretty awful. The young lady that made our food wasn’t overly nice but kind enough however she had to call the cashier over from where she was lounging at an empty table in the nearly empty restaurant. As she rang our food up, she was short and clipped when telling me the total and gave me attitude when I asked for a drink since she had not asked if we would like anything else. I also would have liked to order dessert but she cut me off again by curtly telling me my total. She could not care less about her job. As we ate, we witnessed nearly the entire staff, including the out of uniform cook or manager, conversing, taking pictures and videos and smoking on the corner outside the front entrance. Overall the staff looked like a bunch of bored high school kids that couldn’t be bothered to offer a smile and a...
