Worst restaurant experience I have EVER had during daytime hours. We recently moved extremely close to this Rallys on Broadway. In the past month we have ordered weekly at a minimum from this location. We use the rallyscheckers app and have never had issues w food or service. Today, 3 Mar 25 was different. We placed our order around 1130. Left house to walk to rallys on Broadway at 1140. Arrived to pickup at 1147. Asked a worker for my order at 1154 when she brought someone else's order to window. She was extremely rude and goes on to talk about how I can't just skip the line and I need to wait. I can literally hear her talking about how I think I'm important and act like I can't see how busy they are through the shut glass windows. To be fair, The drive thru was full and there were four walk ups. About 5 mins later (unsure of the exact time) a guy brings my order up. All the seals are broken. He asks me to show him my order receipt. I comply cause I'm just ready to go. I get home, tell my mom, aunt and sister the whole story. They see every seal on every bag in the order is broken so now they say "they probably did something to your food." I have no explanation on why all my seals are broken. We all decide we just want a refund. I walk it back up there. Finally they come talk to me. I ask for a refund. They say no refunds. It must be process through the app. At this point IDGAF I just want this over so now I'm posting this. I will NEVER eat at this location again. Tread lightly all. I feel better getting this off my chest. Edit: I'm editing this 4 hours later after I have calmed down and had time to reflect. I hate that I got so emotional about this visit and feeling like we were not valued or "important" as customers. While my report is accurate, I hope this was a one off. The manager is a sweet person and she did offer to remake our food. She literally is ALWAYS there and i dont know what was up with her team today. We love Rallys ( best fries) and hope she can get this team in shape. Moral of the story on reflection I have had all 5 star visits until this incident which was a one star and I quick to run and tell the internet about. I'm better than that and the manager does not deserve that. TLDR, I had a bad experience today but should not act like this is a bad Rally's. I still have not received my refund but that is a problem I need to deal with through the checksrallys app. 4/5 overall visits. Before...
Read moreWhen I pulled up to the restaurant's drive thru, it was raining. When you order your food, they do not have anything over the speaker to prevent you from getting wet. Water gets all into your vehicle when they are taking your order. The service is usually not that fast, so you can only imagine how that goes. They have two drive-thru's, and one of them was blocked off possibly due to a malfunction of one of the speakers not working. Or possibly a lack of employees to handle the load, so they choose to shut down one side and force everyone to the other. To my surprise my wait was actually not that long as usual. But what made it bad was the rain factor, that caused water to get all in to my vehicle. I had a coupon for 2 hot dogs for a dollar, or 99 cents. (One of the two) They told me that they did not have any more hot dogs. That really made me upset, because that was the main reason I came for. I also had a coupon for a free ice cream cone. And yes you guessed it! When I asked for the chocolate ice cream, they told me that they were out of the chocolate ice cream. So I got the vanilla & strawberry mixed ice cream with the cone. Since I did not get my hot dogs, I ordered a few of their other sandwiches. Overall all of the food was pretty good that I did receive. I'm just glad that I did get something due to the fact that they kept telling me that they were out of everything. That was very big inconvenience getting up and leaving the house in the rain only to be disappointed. No condiments were offered to me, but I did have...
Read moreBy the time i finally made it out of the drive through, i swore I'd never go back! it started by trying to place our order in the drive through, the person taking the order was off site and they were have problems hearing/understanding us and we were having problems hearing/ understanding them. 10 minutes worth of no's-im sorry can u please repeat that ect ect... the next 30 minutes were spent in a stuffy slowly creeping forward. (yes that says 30 minutes after the 10 spent ordering) once to the window and freedom from this drive through nightmare the girl asked what we ordered? after some heated yelling back and forth with her coworkers they produced some bags of food and my strawberry milkshake.! yay! except after inspection of the bags the orders were not ours and the milk shake was not strawberry! it took another 10 minutes to straighten it out. and then they said the milk shake machine stopped working. almost a...
