Sanchez Bakery & Coffee Shop — Restaurant in Louisville

I just found out about this place a few days ago, and I’ve already been twice. I love the Cuban Sandwich! It’s on authentic Cuban Bread, and for me, it instantly makes this the best Cuban Sandwich I’ve had in Louisville.

I also love the cortadito. It’s such a simple beverage, but it’s so delicious: Cuban espresso with some hot milk and some sugar or condensed milk for some sweetness. It’s perfect for an afternoon energy boost, too.

I also have had the eclairs, which are excellent. They’re just the right amount of sweetness, and the custard filling is terrific.

The shop is full of a variety of baked goods like empanadas, as well as some imported snacks and beverages. I highly recommend to anyone in Greater Louisville, especially if you’re near Okolona...

I love this place! I've visited this bakery several times, and everything has been delicious. I have several favorites (tiramisu, opera and tres leches cakes to name just a few), and I always like to try something new with each visit. Their fresh bread is great, too. Their prices are reasonable, it's clean & neat, and it's great having this wonderful bakery in the local area. I always look forward...

Delicious. We got a Senorita and tres leches cake. Ate the senorita in the car and when I got home my kid who never tries new foods saw the pink frosting on my tres leches and wanted to try it, and he ate the whole thing and said it was delicious. I got one bite and he was right. Best tres leches I’ve ever had. We will be back...
