Just had the worst experience I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. My wife placed an order on the app for ASAP. I arrived 20 minutes later and pressed the red button on the stall. I was told they'd have my order right out. About 15 to 20 minutes pass and I re press the red button to check on my order. The screen says "we'll be with you shortly"... Then goes back to "press the red button to begin". I wait another 15 minutes or so and press the button again. Again, it's ignored. I re press the button a total of 5 times and it's ignored every time. Finally, I go to the door and all about my order. Every employee acts completely clueless and one girls who is bagging orders says they were out of chicken for sandwiches. Another employee asks me if I want a cheeseburger instead. I make a phone call to my family to see what they'd like to do. I come back to the sonic employee and tell him to give me a regular chili cheese coney instead. They tell me the area is for employees only. I tell them that is like to make sure my order is being prepared because at that time. It's been there about an hour. They said it was, and I went back to my vehicle. 30 minutes later I come back in to cancel my order because I'm quite frustrated at this point, and when I ask to speak to a manager, a woman comes out, tells me she'll cancel my order. The girl who was bagging orders comes from around her work station with a cup full of soapy water and throws it at the floor next to my shoe (getting it soaking wet)while the manager watches. I tell the manager I'll be lodging a complaint with the chain about this location and that employee. Then, two of the employees proceed to attempt to lie to the manager and say that they offered me replacements for the chicken sandwich 5 or 6 times but I never answered them. Very rude service. We had to bring the burger back FOUR FREAKIN TIMES because they put tomato’s on the burger when we very specifically made aware that I am allergic to tomato’s when I ingest it. It happens once I get it but listen to your customers on what they want and if someone says they are allergic maybe don’t put it on it! But when I have to bring it back to the kitchen 2, 3, and 4 times there is a MAJOR ISSUE. It’s like they didn’t even look the 2nd time as it was the exact same. The 3rd time however you could tell the tomato was scraped off as there was still tomato seeds still mixed up in the lettuce. The 4th time I’m pretty sure they gave me a new hamburger all together but still second guessed it if it took that many times to get it without a tomato on it. This is seriously not okay especially after I told them I was allergic. I couldn’t trust them after that many times. To make matters worse they made it seem like it was our fault and not theirs. It’s on the receipt that says NO TOMATO. How is that the customers fault? It’s literally written out on the receipt!
We asked to talk to the manager and we were told they were not there. Also, 3 cars in the parking lot and zero in the drive-thru just to get our order after 30 minutes… is completely absurd. All we did was order two #1. Nothing complicated at all.
If you have a food allergy DO NOT GO HERE! Or actually, just avoid this location all together is even better.
Wish I didn’t give a $4 Tip through the app because screw this location. I was nice until the 3rd time and I completely lost it. I had every right to be as well. Going to drive the extra 10 minutes to Bardstown in Fern Creek to avoid this location...

We ordered a family size popcorn chicken (which was over priced to begin with) and 25 minutes later received a portion that would barely fill the container for a kids meal size!! So...We called the server back to ask her if that was the correct portion for what we had ordered (of course her answer was NO) and she insisted on sending the manager out to us. Ten minutes later the manager(who was maybe 18)arrived to our car to let us know they were going to cook more to add to our order and would take no more than 5min.. We were polite and very patient (we've now been here for 35 min with 2 hungry kids in the car) through this whole ordeal when there was literally one other customer in the parking lot!! My husband had enough waiting after another 10 minutes go by (45 min total) so he gets out of the car to go ask if they had forgotten about us?!? As he gets up to the window/front door he witnessed 2 young men having a spit ball fight (one being the young manager) inside the restaurant where our food is being prepared!! Needless to say I was not a happy mom knowing there was spit being thrown around my children's food!! I got out of my car, knocked on the window and requested my money back while handing them the now cold food that I had already received! ! There was no emotion or apologies what so ever.... I'm guessing this happens on a regular basis?!? OUR FAMILY WOULD NOT EAT HERE IF WE WERE STARVING!! Not only is it discussing but its ran by the most immature and rude individuals I've ever seen!!
