Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Louisville

I tired to hold off with my review for this MUDD LN location I visited again today. However, I don’t know why these young people that companies hire nowadays act like WE (the customers) owe them something in life. (And without customer support, you won’t have a job!!) This is the second time I have encountered the same girl at the counter and her nasty attitude & down right rudeness.(Indian features, dark hair, very slim, hair in a bun updo) purple jacket. I’m most certain she’s the same person a few of the other 1 Star reviewers are referring to. If T.S are franchising these stores ( like everything else in American getting outsourced) then I suggest you send your staff to a class on how to show & give true CUSTOMER SERVICE!! All I can say now is I WILL NOT BE ORDERING AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN. As matter of fact with her attitude I decided NOT TO ORDER BCUZ I DIDN’T EVEN TRUST HER TO PREPARE MY FOOD AFTER THE WAY SHE WAS SO UNBOTHERED & RUDE!! Since I live between this location and the Fern Creek location and will now ONLY support the Fern Creek store because they have ‘adults’ working that know the importance of good/great service & how to approach customers in a manner they want to return. I will be attempting to reach out to the manager/owner to offer details of this situation, so no need to reply Sir/Madam with the same old tired AI recorded response that you’re sorry and it’s apparent NOTHING IS BEING...

Waited by register for a while. I was fine waiting while they seemed busy. Waited for 10 min and they ignored me and talked amongst themselves. Then eventually was asked if we need to order and I replied yes and then she walked away and talked to someone and just stared at us off and on. Waited few minutes more and then just had to leave because they would not take my order. The store only had one other family in there who already had there order and no one else was there. I love tropical smoothie so I was disappointed. Will not come back...

I discovered this place in Florida and couldn’t wait to find one in Louisville. I absolutely love this place but can anyone explain the horrible odor when you walk in? First week I went and noticed it. Figure it was just a one time thing. Went back a week later (today) and it’s worse than the first time.
