I ordered my food online and had one of my employees go pick it up for me . I couldn’t because I’m the only supervisor on shift . It was improperly made and it was basically a bread sandwich . The cookies were also overly cooked . I take it back and ask for a supervisor I showed him the food and he remade it . After I was done I grabbed my things and asked for my receipt back and was walking out . He proceeded to yell by the way the sandwich was made correctly the first time . I was highly upset about that . Why would you as manager argue with a customer who wasn’t being rude or anything . So I let him know that he was very unprofessional and that I will be contacting someone us being supervisors shouldn’t handle things that way . He said he didn’t care ! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had with any subway EVER !!! I love subway whole heartedly! I will not be revisiting that store and will also do a google review and let them how they treat their customers . That was very unpleasant and unacceptable. I’m glad they I was recording at the time of the incident to show who the aggressor was ....

I won't be coming back to this store at all. UPDATE: I called after our meeting to voice my concerns about our order. The employee who answered the phone, said he told my husband (who went in to pick up our order) about the oven being broken & they were out of the cookies we wanted. My husband looked at me & said he told me about the oven but never said they were out of those cookies. The employee told me I could come back up there to get another bag of chips & come back tomorrow to get the correct cookies we ordered. I said I'm not making a special trip back there (which was like 10 minutes away from our meeting) nor coming back tomorrow because I don't live anywhere near that store. I restated, we were on our way to a meeting nearby that's why we stopped at their restaurant to grab our food. So I reached out to Subway and waited for an email with facts abt the special and if Louisville Subways were honoring the special. The owner of that Subway emailed me and didn't give me an answer, which I knew that. I emailed Subway about Louisville Subways. They dropped the ball on this one. I'm going to a different Subway next time & I'm calling to see if that Subway is honoring...
