This is a very innovative and different approach and a store. You know you mostly just ring yourself up yourself and it has a lot of new age products on the shelves that are hard to find other places. This time I did a return was the first time I've ever done that well when I walked in there was no one in the front not one single worker there was a vendor Midway hanging some items on the shelf. I waited it from for a long time and then finally I went and looked and hunted down an employee. What I found her my return was quick and easy pretty much painless. The only problem I have is this I think I only kept two items out of my bag almost a Bluetooth I used another was a book that I wanted to read everything else I returned my total was 43 I think when I left the store the first day and my return money was $27 she kept my original receipt so I don't know where that makes up was but once I was already out the door was...

This was only my second time shopping here, and unfortunately it was a very negative experience. I placed a pickup order over 24 hours ago after seeing items in-store that I wanted, specifically so I could use the 10% off online code. The order was never fulfilled. When I called to check on it, the employee I spoke with was extremely rude and dismissive, she acted like I was bothering her just by asking. She told me I was basically out of luck, which felt unprofessional and unhelpful.
