Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Louisville

MANAGER, EMMA, INSULTED MY DISABILITY OVER $5! The delivery driver didn’t have change for a $20 and because he was struggling to communicate with a translation app that he wasn’t aware he was supposed to, I opted to call the store to have the difference made up. When I called, Emma suggested I should have kept the cash and told the driver to take the pizza back to the store and then call and pay with a card. When I said this wasn’t an option, as I ordered my pizza to have to take with my medicine and therefore couldn’t wait for a re-delivery (not to mention, trying to convince the poor driver to take the pizza back, wait there while I called in to pay another way, and then bring the pizza back), Emma proceeded to say “Well maybe you shouldn’t rely on a pizza delivery arriving on time to take your medicine.” Really!!?!!! To make matters worse, when I asked her if she realized how rude what she just said to me was? She went on to complain about how they are short staffed and she was the only one working, so she doesn’t have time to ensure every driver has cash for change. And then became even more offensive saying “It’s not my fault you only have $20!” WOW! I told her I could not believe she was being this disrespectful over a $5 credit and being in management, she likely has the power to provide this credit, but instead felt the need to belittle a disabled woman. She said “I do over $2000 in sales and I don’t have to take this” so I just finished the conversation by saying that perhaps she’s working alone because no one wants to work for someone so unprofessional and uncaring. My daughter ordered 8 pizzas online around noon for a pickup at 1:45. Got there at 1:42 it wasn't even in the oven yet. I asked how long it would take because we had people arriving 2. Said ten minutes so came back and still was not in the oven yet. We did not walk out with the pizzas 2:25pm. We got a shaqueroni it had less pepperoni then the reg pepperoni we got for the kids. Would have been so bad except something g happened last year and when I expressed my discontent they said sorry offhandely & some how made it sound like my fault. Food was mediocre and hastily made. Was told the gut was Theo only if there all day but we had scheduled for pickup at 1:45 and so many orders sitting & waiting. Had a lady come in that had ordered for delivery the was supposed to be delivered at 1:15 pm when I left no one had found...

Ordered regular crust double steak, mushrooms, onions, banana peppers... Hardly any steak but you can see and taste enough of everything else, even burned crust that tasted like eating torched bread... Called to ask the manager why there is hardly any meat when I ordered double steak, he said "well, extra portions not full portions". Then why you charge me full amount as full portion, and even then there is more of everything else than the meat even if it was single steak portion. This is every time I order from this place, I'm done with Papa Johns for good this time... Manager didn't sound like he even like his job, so I didn't argue, just said good bye, I'll take my business else where... worst place to order, for years now, maybe got the order right only 1-2...
