Taco Bell — Restaurant in Louisville

If you look at other reviews, SEVERAL others have said they also vomited after eating here or the food was spoiled, and this has been going on for MONTHS. Please everyone this happens to , report it to the health department and the main taco bell website so this place stops making people sick. I wish I read reviews BEFORE eating here.

I bit into a burrito from this location, my usual 5 layer burrito. When I bit into it, it opened it up and the smell hit my nose. Smelled like death. Tasted worse than death. I spit it out but some of it got into my throat and when it got to my stomach I vomited. I recently had surgery I can't get sick but now I have no idea what I just ate. I called to let the manager know there was something seriously wrong and she said no honey I made it myself this morning. I told her it was so rancid I puked, and she said I was wrong. She was not concerned in the least .She didn't even sound surprised that I was telling her this, absolutely no concern. I don't know if they left the food out overnight or they did something nasty to it but something is SERIOUSLY wrong.

Upon inspecting another item in the bag, it is clearly the beans in the 5 layer burrito that are completely and rancid and rotted. I was called by someone from Taco bell, and he claimed the employees enter the information for temperatures of the food items in the morning and he can remotely check them on a computer and the temperatures were fine. That was good enough for him. He also tried to plant it in my head that the doordasher tampered with the food and caused the issue and tried to say once it's out of their hands it's not their problem because the dasher tampered with it, instead of taking responsibility. So if you know dashers, know they are sending out rancid food and blaming dashers. The temp of the food remotely checked, based on what an employee entered, is not a valid excuse to not dispose of the rancid beans that are going to make people sick. Great, you have warmed rancid beans. Or possibly warmed, if the employee entered a fake number to hide that they let them go bad. If they care this little, they will make more people sick. They are also OK with destroying dashers jobs. I hope the Health Department closes this location . It's just a matter of time before they send out rancid meat as well. The beans did not become absolutely rotted in the 10 minute drive to my house in a SEALED taco bell box. I vomited bile 5 times total today after biting into...

Horrible experience!!! If I could give negative stars, I WOULD! My husband and I went in for a quick stop on or way through Louisville. When walking in, I was pleased to see that the dining room was relatively clean, but that's about the only thing the restaurant had going for it. When walking up to the register, what we saw should have been the first clue to RUN and save ourselves from a 45 minute headache. The cashier had a pack of cigarettes hiding behind the cash register that she was clearly trying to hid. While ordering, she seemed really disinterested. After my husband paid I realized she never gave me my drink cup and when I asked for it she told me that I never ordered one. False. We waited 15 minutes for our food and when I received my order everything was wrong! So, my husband took it up to have it corrected, due to the fact that what was on it - I can NOT eat. They told us that they would replace it. While we were waiting, a worker stands behind the counter and begins to eat a taco himself! Seriously? The cashier who took our order sat in a booth and started at me with a cigarette between her fingers. We waited another 10 minutes. When we received the new Taco it was yet AGAIN wrong. I told my husband to forget it, but he insisted that they fix it. They again told us they would give us a new one. No apologies were given by the staff. Then, all the sudden, the cashier storms out yelling about how she stayed over for 40 minutes past her shift end time and she demanded she be given free food for her whole family! We waited another 15 MINUTES. Not acceptable. It is while we are waiting for the THIRD time that my husband goes into the bathroom and comes out in complete disgust and horror. He informed me that there was urine and feces on the floor of the bathroom. UMMM NO! So, we matched up to the counter and refused to be given another taco but demanded our money back. I dont know what the reviews mean by a "the manager created a good service blabla bla" worst attitude ive revieved from a pathetic kid who couldn't even make a taco right. First off it was realy late hours on my part, and completely dead but ill give them the 15mins it took for them to finally take my order. Then i give them my order, a preeeeetty specific order, and repeat it three times. My friend then proceeds to drop me off at my house across town, me taking my food without the reciept while getting out of the car. Well come home to find out, my crunchwrap looked like it had alresdy been open, and not only that it has everything that i didnt want. (Of course got charged for it). Well like i said, its late, and people make mistake (no matter how simple their job may be). Well so i give them a call, to tell them the mistake so that maybe i can get a replacement another time (which i usually never end up picking up). then right off with then bad attitude (yes you can give an attitude by the way you speak to a customer), asking if i had the reciept, then telling me that they dont remember my specific order that had happened about 30mins from my call (which i can give them I GUESS), except when he added that he was the only one taking order and that he didnt remember such an order) and that wasnt all, he proceeds say that he doesnt remember it, that im pretty much lieing for a free crunchwrap, and that he doesnt believe me but i can come get my crunchwrap while adding that he doesbt like my attitude. LAUGHs then hangs up. Yeah f all that noise. Fast food makes mistakes all the time, at least admit when you make it. People tend to forgive you better that way then have to go on a rant at 2 in the morning. Yes my grammers horrible right now, im sorry.
