I am giving them 1 star because 0 stars isn't an option. I am an avid Chipotle consumer. There are times I eat it a minimum of twice a week. This chipotle is fairly new and a great location/facility. It looks really nice. However, the staff here is VERY poorly trained. Out of everyone that works there, I'd say two people only care about their job. THEY DO NOT KNOW HOW TO CALL FOR FOOD THAT HAS RUN OUT AHEAD OF TIME. AT ALL. It's mind blowing how many times I've had to step aside and let other pass because the servers somehow didn't realize they ran out of a certain item. This has happened multiple times. The workers here don't care about customer satisfaction and are just trying to pass time basically. I don't understand how much brain power it takes to call out a food item ahead of time knowing how big the line is and having enough workers available to get the job done and not slow down the line. The second complaint is their lack of a full scoop. I've lived in three states and have been to many different chipotle locations. This one is by far the worst. They give the smallest portion size and just do not know how to run the business. I am a very unsatisfied costumer and management really needs to come here to retrain or rehire this staff. For a very busy location capable of high profits, they are losing many customers and business. I know I am not the only one that feels this way about...
Read moreThis is the worst location in Louisville and that’s not saying much. I walk in 1.5 hours before closing, they are out of several items and say their grill is done for the night. I have gone in several times before closing where they’ve been out of a lot and look past it, but 1.5 hours? Geez, just change your hours - it’s ridiculous. I ask if they have the ingredients at the other bar and they say they do, but can’t give it me because it’s a health violation to walk food from one bar to the other. Someone please tell me how they can walk food from the grill to the bar, but can’t from bar to bar. Figure it out or better yet, keep everything stocked for operating hours. They also always have AirPods in, ask what you want, then go to make your food and then ask again because they are never engaged. I won’t be back. They are on a bad path. Luckily, Salsarita’s are popping up and have always been consistent. Hopefully when Hothead Burritos comes to Louisville they will surpass Chipotle too. It’s not a high bar anymore. El nopal is near and has always given me carry out in ~10 mins. The point is to just go somewhere else as there’s better options with better service. This place doesn’t deserve/want your business. They need some serious process improvements or will be just another...
Read moreUsually this is one of my favorite spots but not lately. Haven’t been able to order inside in months. Asked why, and someone said because they were short staffed but yet there are still people standing around, 3 or 4 people on one station. It wouldn’t be so bad if they had some kind organization in terms of getting orders to customers. They just put the orders on the to-go shelf while people crowd around trying to find out whether their order is up yet or not. I will definitely not be returning here until they figure it out because it’s just plain annoying and redundant to have to pull up and put an order in on my phone just to wait 15 minutes to go inside and search for my order hoping it’s correct. Don’t even have the option to pay cash. Reading some other peoples reviews I decided to see what my order looked like before I left, glad I did. I ordered a steak salad, literally like half a bowl with barely any lettuce. I will say I have to give major props to the manager. A (very) pregnant woman, whos name I unfortunately did not get, was more than accommodating, offered a refund and even remade my order properly. She had an amazing attitude and I hope that she gets a raise because she, patient, understanding, kind, and went...
