Nicely renovated, clean and welcoming new store. Took my kid in for a taste as he's been drinking BoBa tea's all over the world and is a much better expert than me. He rates it a 5 STAR BTW. I personally wasn't expecting much as these kinda places are "popping" up everywhere (ah...get it...popping?) ANYWAYS - The actual drinks were EXCEPTIONAL and easily the best tasting that we've had so far in Louisville. Prices are good too! In comparison to other coffee, shake and bubble tea stores, probably better to come in here for a tasty drink. Even had it's own branded Gashapon machine which was cool! Took heaps o pics and a vid for you all! Would definitely recommend

First off Wow! The service was impeccable, the lady that took my order was so kind and helpful. I ordered a matcha with the oolong jelly(she recommended the jelly) and it was sooo delicious. She also helped my husband pick a really delicious drink combo as well; I can't remember his because I did get distracted with the handcrafted nail sets, handcrafted bracelets,necklaces and of course the Hellokitty standee, and My melody on the building. I cannot wait to make another trip there but traveling 3 hours away and I will be doing it again. Thank you so much for the amazing experience and delicious drinks.

Plus location sucks no place to park, not enough seats people are just standing all over the place. It was total chaos, no menu was posted, no post of description of drinks offered prices aren't posted. We won't be back.

Lines were long, I don't see why anyone would wait nearly 30 mins for drinks! I've been to all the other boba places and the drinks are not comparable not bad but not higher quality to charge seven dollars for such a small drink not worth the price or service received here. Plus location sucks no place to park, not enough seats people are just standing all over the place. It was total chaos, no menu was posted, no post of description of drinks offered prices aren't posted. We won't be back.

Tiger Sugar is amazing! Finally some decent boba around the Highlands. The people who work there are great and super accommodating. I prefer semi-sweet black tea, so I always ask for 30% sugar and it's perfect. The tapioca pearls are delicious, not too overcooked like some places, and I love that they offer lactaid as a milk replacement! I also love that they don't use powders like some other boba places that always leave a gritty taste on my tongue. I will definitely go back every time I'm craving boba :) (FYI they have a small parking lot in the back of the building--the sign that indicates it is for Tiger Sugar is very nondescript so one...

This place was wonderful. Came here on my birthday for a little birthday treat. We showed up at 8:53. They close at 9. I was prepared to be turned away but they didn't. Instead the woman happily spoke with us while making our drinks. She excitedly showed off all the extra merchandise they have in there to buy (I got myself a cute little ring) and the customer service was great. The drink was absolutely wonderful and a perfect mixture of sweet without being too much. I got the mini boba and mochi cream; both of which were very good and complimented the flavor of the black sugar drink. It was great. A solid 5 out of 5 stars. Will be coming...
