This location doesn't even deserve a 1 star but has no zero star option. I visited this location on 9/16 to pick up my order that was placed via Uber Eats. I have never in my life been so disgusted by the service I received. The restaurant was a complete mad house! No type of order or leadership at all. Customers were dispersed throughout the store either trying to pick up or place an order but was being totally ignored by the unruly and disrespectful staff whom were cursing each other out and using profanities threatening to walk out to management. After waiting for about 20 mins inside to get my order that was placed 45 minutes prior it was incorrect and cold! It was cold because it sat waiting to be collected while the employees neglected to acknowledge it was ready because they were to busy arguing and cursing at each other. I didn't even feel comfortable bringing it to the attention of anyone due to the hostile environment. I followed up the next morning with a phone call to make a formal complaint and advise on my incorrect/cold food. I spoke with Barbara the Mgr whom initially seemed genuine in her effort to make it right which was replace my order. I declined and requested a refund. I was told she couldn't do that but would forward my request to the General Mgr. After 4 days of no follow up I called back and again spoke with Barbara whom this time was almost as rude as her employees advising she gave him my information and if he calls he calls. Finally received a call back from the General Mgr Mark who seemed to be the voice of reason between the Mgr, employees, and that location. He reassured me that corrective action was taken within the store and more importantly was able to empathize with my frustration and ultimately able to provide resolution. I still will not visit that location moving...

I see people handling food with their bare hands, District manager is rude, faces not covered while food is being prepared their nails are dirty underneath. Employees are to busy getting drinks out of the fountain instead of making sure the orders are being filled in less than 15-30 minutes or close to a hour wait. I could goto Roosters or even Hooters, order chicken to go at the bar and it takes less time. If I could give a lower score I would. This store has had service and cleanliness issues prior to this and it is still open which is sad because this part of town needs good places to eat, but not at the detriment of customers. Dixie is finally getting competition in places to eat and eateries that aren't clean and don't treat their customers well will not survive. I will NEVER place another order personally or for my business from here. The health department needs to inspect and fine them...

I ordered one of the group meals then the customer after me went to order and was asking a question to which the manager said it was stupid to get a group meals on Monday and Tuesday since it's .60¢ wing days. When they split the flavors they tuck one under the paper under another to which a new customer would have no way to know they were there. I called to complain and get the order fixed to which they instructed me to bring my meal back to the restaurant where the decided to lift the paper and show me my remaining wings. They couldn't have said something over the phone? Like hey did you look under the paper? Because any wing place puts food UNDER the wrapper intended for the food... Instead they had me drag my family all the way back up there just to humiliate us... So thanks for the over priced cold food wing stop. I'll be sure to just go to roosters next time.
