Zaxby's Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings — Restaurant in Louisville

Came here today with my family. Love the food, but the customer service experience was rude and unhelpful. 3 of my daughter order some wings and were asked what sauce they wanted. They each looked at the menu that indicates the different spice levels and chose Buffalo, 3 down from the hottest. I chose Tongue Torcher which is just one down from the hottest. As I went to pick up the food when they called our name I asked the lady (who was also the manager) which was Buffalo and which was Tongue Torcher. She rudely told me the darker colored one. When I asked her again to help me know which was which because they all looked the same color, she took my receipt and said all were Tongue Torcher. I told her my daughters ordered Buffalo. I was then again snapped at that Tongue Torcher is Buffalo. I pointed to the menu showing the spice level where a lower one said Buffalo and a high spicier one said Tongue Torcher. She again snapped and said all are Buffalo. She then preceded to walk away mumbling ingest her breath leaving me with option to get the order fixed and hope my kids would still enjoy the second hottest flavor...

Went thru drive thru, waited 26 minutes for order, they couldn’t find it, had to ask for the manager, finally came out, had to give them my receipt to get my food after 10 more minutes, customer service is horrible, wouldn’t recommend the one in Hillview, was a customer 3 times a week, wouldn’t recommend, went in March 18th and went to drive thru lady asked if my order had been taken I said no, she said pull up someone will take it, went to window lady asked what I ordered, told her she told me to pull up here, said after me waiting 10 minutes in line I had to go and get back in a longer line, asked for the manager, he said same thing, wouldn’t take my order, I told him it’s 8 o’clock just got off work, didn’t want to wait 20 more minutes, he said that’s the best he could do, asked him his name it was ADAM, this isn’t the first time I’ve had poor service here, wouldn’t recommend this place, I eat here every other day and buy employees lunch here once a week, they’ll...

Very disheartening at the level of nasty customer service i receive from this location. Tonight i took a free meal coupon and went to use it, guy tells me my total is still $8.08, i said it was for a free meal.. he then says 'give me $.90 and we will call it' im thinking what for but figured id just pay and speak with the manager, id have the information on the receipt... i was refused a receipt and i had ordered a ranch cup at the speaker which i didnt get.. i asked at the window if i could get that too. I was handed the food, window left open him and two other girls are gossiping about me and my order. Im still sitting there because i hadnt got my drink yet.. he sees me still sitting there and sighs with and eye roll, i tell him i had a drink with my order... he hands it to me and slams the window shut.
