Very good ice cream, but the service wasn't great. We walked in about 10 minutes prior to closing with a quick, simple order because we didn't want to keep them late. Nobody welcomed us to the store. My kids and I each got a single scoop. There were 4 people working behind the counter. The young girl tried to charge us at the register after only two of us had ordered. I told her we still needed one more single scoop before paying. She misunderstood the flavor of ice cream I wanted, but a coworker corrected her before she scooped it. Literally 10 kids standing around goofing off behind the counter, none of them greet anyone coming, none of them acknowledge anyone standing at the counter waiting to order. We finally got the attention of one of them by literally interrupting their chat sesh - ordered the most basic thing we could have - a small strawberry shake.. I was given white foamy milk in a cup.
