Firstly, rather than post publicly, I did try to find a phone number for an owner to let them know of my experience today, but was unable to, so I am posting this review. I arrived at the Eagle Drive location at 4:05 pm. The line was very long, so I decided to order and pay online because that was quicker than the line was moving. My order placed at 4:13 pm and said it would be ready at 4:36 pm. So I sat down, then got back in line at 4:30 to pick up my already paid for pizzas. The person at the counter didn't have a ready order for me and proceeded to dig through a very big pile of disorderly receipts to find mine, which hadn't been started-he then stamped my ticket "here". I waited some more until my name was called out and I went up to find ONE pizza ready...I had to literally tell them what my order was as they made them one by one (making the crust wrong on 1 and another wasn't even the correct pizza). When I presented my online receipt showing what I ordered, they finally got it right, by exactly 5:15 pm. The employees were all working very hard to get the orders done, as there were many unhappy customers waiting for some time. I definitely had waited the longest but was maintaining my patience since it was $10 Tuesday, however, I do believe an hour wait is unacceptable. The store was severely disorganized, having only one line open for both pick up orders and pay/wait orders. The pay/wait orders were definitely going out well before the pick up orders (which defeats the entire purpose of calling in your order or ordering online). It was a very chaotic store with no order whatsoever, as I wasn't the only incorrect order-which falls back on poor management. Not sure who the manager on duty was, but it appeared to be an older silver haired gentleman, who offered no apologies to customers and didn't even look up to make any eye contact. Next time comes (today)
Apparently he never added my name so the girl working today said she would give 80% off. I said that's not ok since it's not my fault they messed up last time and not my fault he didn't add me to the list. She said ok and gave 100% off.
Fast forward to pickup, had 2 pizzas and a smores' dessert and didn't think twice about checking the piszas for error. Got home and the pizza was messed up AGAIN. Husband drove back to have it made right and she said "well I already gave this one for free, would it be bad if I just picked the onions off"
Needless to say, we won't return to this location anymore. Horrible employees that need some serious training in...

Guy walked away from making my pizza to go in back, than another guy comes over to finish my pizza after he had just been touching the trash can and carrying it places to clean up and did not stop to wash his hand. I confronted him and asked to remake he apologized was very nice about the situation. Than told the other guy to make a fresh one same guy wraps the pizza that has trash juices on it and puts it on rack to sell later. I than asked to speak to a manager explained what had happened and his excuse was we were busy. I'm sorry I didn't ask u if u were busy I am asking u about you teaching ur team about hygiene and why u r trying to save a pizza that's has trash juice on. Worst manager ever.
