I feel violated by this restaurant. It’s filthy inside -I wiped down a windowsill due to dead bugs just so I’d feel comfortable with my kid there. Check out my pic of the light cover. The food was expensive, $30 for a burger and a taco salad (no drinks). The salad was gross, cold black beans straight from the can, dry salty meat from last week, bits of cardboard posing as tortilla strips, and sad, limp lettuce. The burger dripped grease from a stale, bad, bun next to the soggy, salty fries. Server/bartender was busy with people chugging $3.50 Coors light at the bar but even the bar patrons noted how dirty the place is. Why is there no trash can next to the door of the bathroom when the light switch looks like it should belong in a mechanics shop? Never again. Never.

0/10 if I could. Decided to give them a try and do take out on a Sunday evening. Never again. Ordered the “New Mexico green chile” and received what is basically sloppy joes with a few pieces of green chile mixed in. Pretty sure it was just a can of Hormel for $7. Apparently the chef has never been to New Mexico or has any idea what New Mexican green chile is. The burger was undercooked as well and the Mac and cheese was impressively bland. Like I don’t think I could make Mac and Cheese that bad if I tried. It would have more flavor if you just cooked the pasta and left it bare. Fries tasted like they were made an hour prior and hung out under a heat lamp. Avoid at all costs. Struggling to think of a meal I’ve been more disappointed with.

This is one of our new downtown Loveland favorites!! The food was absolutely delicious! We had pickle fries for a starter, they were perfectly breaded and fried! Not too oily, and the flavor balance was awesome! Their house made ranch is delicious! I had the Giner, and it went beyond my expectations. Their fries are fresh cut daily in house, and perfectly fried and seasoned. I seriously couldn't stop eating them. We had some chocolate cake for dessert, and it was over the top delicious too (although I don't eat a lot of sweets right now, so I may be exaggerating, hopefully not though)! The drinks were perfect! Tasty, yet highly alcoholic! Will be coming back! Looking forward to doing karaoke here!!

I am here to defend and correct the false rumors being spread about the individual who was asked not to return. Having known her for a long time, I have visited the establishment on multiple occasions with friends, largely due to her presence. I dont usually write reviews for companies or businesses but i felt compelled to say something. I know for a fact the individual spent lots of money at this establishment and helped the owner grow the buisness by bringing people in there and shouting from a rooftop about 120. As a former teacher, I am compelled to address the situation. The behavior exhibited by certain individuals, particularly Genea H's decision to post about her on Facebook, is unprofessional and childish, especially for a 50-year-old woman. Similarly, Gina, the owner, seems overly defensive and prone to making excuses when faced with criticism. If the establishment prides itself on being kid-friendly, it is unclear why the individual in question was prohibited from bringing her baby inside, as the child was never at the actual bar and was always well-behaved. It appears that the decision to ask her to leave was based on personal biases rather than any specific rules she had broken. I was where she was the other night when Genea( bartender) came up to her and asked her to talk. She did inform "individual "take her review down and her clients review simply stating what happened and her client felt attacked as well when she was with her when the bartender came out to her car. Genea also told "individual " she wanted peace. Now why ask her to take it down? Unprofessional in my opinion. Learn respect, honesty and kindness. In all my years being a teacher I have never seen such childish and immature behavior. Especially from 50 year olds. Now the food is good but very much the same thing to everywhere else. Try to put new stuff on menu sometimes! Just a suggestion. It seems to me that Genea H who posted on here too works at the bar and its a conflict on interest to have someone from your establishment write a review! Also please learn vocabulary....your review doesn't make sense. Don't be blaming " individual " for your behavior and attitude towards her. She did nothing wrong in alot of people's eyes and there is a ton of people that will be avoiding this establishment due to the disrespect and lies being told about the individual.

Petty response. Like I suspected. It's allowed to walk up to people at the bar with children. I see people do it all the time. Now you can't sit at the bar with a child. But that never happened to my knowledge nor do I believe she would do that.

Also is that why the cop told you sternly to stop the harassment and to let it be??? Is that why he told you you were wrong to calling the cops on her for your so "called" concerns on her bringing the baby in??? Cry me a river. Criminal charges coming your way if these fake reviews don't stop/ harassing. It's called harassment from Donna and Sammy's...

on June 3rd, my caregiver wanted to introduce me to her favorite restaurant, asking me to give my honest opinion. as soon as we stepped out of the car, we heard noise coming from the backdoor, where a waitress came out to verbally assault my caregiver. the waitress said that my caregiver is "banned from her shifts because she is "too nosey." my caregiver asked what the waitress meant, she replied, "you reported that thing with Brandi. Brandi and I are fine. stay out of it."

my understanding is the nosiness accusation is because the waitress screamed at my caregivers friend, in the middle of the restaurant. my caregiver was there and witnessed the interaction, so she reported it to the owner. being banned for reporting inappropriate employee behavior is retaliation, which is illegal.

my caregiver was taken aback, but calmly attempted to say no, that wasn't how it happened, but the waitress again repeated, "you are permanently banned from my shifts" and walked back into the backdoor. I encouraged my caregiver to try the other restaurant we had been talking about.

I don't know if the waitress was drunk, or has anger management issues, but even if there was a genuine problem, it was handled completely inappropriately to yell at a customer in front of another random person. my understanding is the waitress' name is Gina? I would highly encourage the owner to properly update the waitress' training on conflict resolution, honesty, as well as discretion on when a customer is "banned from an employees shift."

this confrontation seemed personal in nature as opposed to a business decision (over intoxication, belligerence, ect...) yelling at someone is generally not the way to correctly handle disagreements.

the waitress also reported to the owner that she did not see me, as well as that there was another kitchen staff with her. neither are true. the only people who saw what happened, was myself, my caregiver, and some guy in his car near by. will be avoiding this restaurant in the future.

UPDATE: not only is the owner (who wasn't there during the incident) accusing me and others of not being present during the altercation, lying on behalf of her staff (only Gina the waitress was there), now the waitress has stalked the person they "banned" from their restaurant, she gave my caregiver unwanted physical contact and told her to remove her review and have mine removed as well. she was then told to put up a good review instead. no ma'am. the public deserves to know what kind of business yall are running, so they can make an informed...

Went there for the first time to try it out. My boyfriend ordered the Giner but ask to substitute French fries for cottage cheese. Bret our server said yes not mentioning it was going to be a full charge for the cottage cheese. Then he also added au jus on the side also it was not mentioned the added cost for that. I got the jack three small tacos. The meat was good and the lettuce and tomato was fresh but the cheese was just mixed shredded cheese you find at the grocery store along with the salsa, most likely signature salsa from Safeway. I glanced over the part where the fries where not included and thought since my boyfriend was able to substitute that I could get sweet potatoe fries instead but without being told I was charged the full price on those.

The sneaky part is those items were not itemized on the check they just got lumped into the meal price.

For those prices without being told. Also my boyfriend should have gotten his fries as well as the cottage since we paid for the full price of the cottage cheese.

Just feels like we got cheated.

Bret the server also was in a super hurry to get back to the few other customers at the bar instead of giving us silverware, appropriate to go...
