Honestly this place shows no customer appreciation. I witnessed poor customer service to those who attempted to shop in this store by shooing perspective buyers out the door. While doors were unlocked and social distancing was lifted with restrictions curious window shoppers were walking 4th street to give to our local shops. The owner without due respect had no thought to thank them for stopping in, Kay did not politely say they weren't open, nor did she say come back on reopening day. If all 4th street businesses treated potentially shoppers in this manner, downtown Loveland would have a reputation of indecency in customer service. It came across to me as discrimination to street walkers. I feel our community were treated as if they were homeless trying to get in from out of the cold. I felt very unsafe there. My friends and I - all high schoolers - were stalked around the store, being treated as if we were thieves. We were so uncomfortable being followed and told to not be in a large group. While I understand being cautious, being followed around and profiled as stealers was horrible. And when I was about two feet from some of the employees, I heard them talking about us right behind my back. "A whole bunch of teenagers just walked in together." "Oh great, we love that..." "Yeah, I swear I'll ask them to leave in about two minutes." So are you trying to drive customers away?? I felt PRESSURED to buy things, then, because I didn't want to be seen as a thief if I walked out without making any purchase. Found what we were looking for. But the older gentleman clerk stalked us through the store like we were common thieves. The staff glares at you as you walk about, making it so uncomfortable. Even after we purchased are items and went back to take a last look at an item we were stalked and my husband was so enraged he was going to say something, but I plead with him not too. We will never shop here again and will advise everyone we know on social media of their sub par customer service.
