Wendy's — Restaurant in Loveland

Ordered through the app. Didn't go well. First of all, they said the side of chilli I ordered wasn't to temperature and would take a lil time to warm up. They asked if I wanted something else instead, so I chose fries. They said okay, then gave me my drink (without a straw). I sat there for a few minutes (line behind me) before they asked me to pull forward to the crosswalk. So I did exactly that, but there's not really any signs to tell people where to wait or anything. The person behind me decided to blare their horn at me, even though I had nowhere else to go. So I pulled forward about an inch and motioned them to go around. No idea why they were being so rude. Anyways, waited 10-15min!! Finally got our food. At that point, we could have stuck with chilli, and we should have because the fries were cold!! My burger bun was so soggy. And, I paid for a bacon side potato with chives and sour cream. I didn't get any bacon on my potato, even though I paid for it. So, no chilli, cold fries instead, soggy buns, no bacon, and we waited for 10-15min!! What a waste and...

This is consistently the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. If you're in the mood for Wendy's, you're better of going to the location at 34 and Taft.

This particular Wendy's has provided me with terrible food over the years. I will no longer be going here. The place is staffed with teenagers who don't give a damn and who always look miserable. I know this is a crappy job, but you guys don't have to take it out on the customers!

Fries have always been cold and soggy and they never fill the containers. Burgers have been barely wrapped. They've gotten my order wrong a couple times. They forget to provide napkins. The food never seems "fresh" even by Wendy's standards. It all seems like it has been sitting out.

I hope they close this place down and put something decent up in its place – it's difficult enough finding good food at this part of town, we don't need this crap...

There were a couple cars ahead of us, and we only waited about 2 minutes after ordering to get to the window... which was a wait that the lady at the window felt the need to apologize for... and now I am thinking that some other DTs in town need to take notes from this one if they feel bad for making me wait for that long! ;)

Once we got to the window and paid, our food came out very quickly, and she gave us a warning that the fries had just come out of the frier and were hot... which we REALLY appreciated because they were for our 3 year old and she would have burned her mouth if we had just handed her the bag.

Our receipt says that the lady who helped us was Kaeli, and I hope that is accurate because she was very kind and we are definitely going to be coming back because of the service we...
