I would give zero stars if I could. My sister across the state ordered a pizza for delivery because she knew I was having a terrible day. When she called me and told me she had a surprise being delivered I informed her I would be leaving my house soon to go to the hospital. She called to cancel & they told her the food was on its way already. I tried waiting since jets is only 10 minutes from my house. At 9:52 it still wasn’t here and I needed to be on my way. I called to have it canceled and was met with rude commentary from Mike. I shouldn’t have to tell someone my private information for them to treat me kindly. Things happen sometimes & we should treat everyone with kindness because we do not know the circumstances. My husband and I have been loyal customers since we moved to Lowell a few years ago BUT we will not be ordering for this location ever again.
Edit: Now the owner is telling MY family that no one was rude to ME. Clearly you were rude if I called back upset because of the way you spoke to me. I will definitely be contacting corporate.
Also my husband and I have NEVER had to cancel an order from this store before. They have canceled our orders due to their short staff and we have never been rude to them. Even when we had to wait over 30 minutes to be contacted that the order couldn’t be delivered. We have even changed our orders to pickup in the past because they were unfortunately under staffed. My younger daughter tried to cancel, was told the food was on its way and was deterred by the store from canceling. Instead of being polite to my older daughter who is very ill, Mike chose to be rude when she wouldn’t be home to accept the delivery someone ordered for her out of their kindness. And if Mike is the owner, do better. I have contacted corporate with the store information and informed them of the lousy customer service you are offering at this location.
Response to the owner: Interesting that you couldn’t contact your driver when my daughter had called. My daughter sent me the screen shot of calling you at 9:53 to cancel. And then she called you back to even tell you how rude you were being. This whole situation could’ve been handled more professionally on your end.
Instead of making excuses, just apologize for your actions. My daughter shouldn’t have had to arrive to the ER in tears because you couldn’t be kind or professional OVER ONE PIZZA. It wasn’t even that big of an order to even remotely justify treating someone unkindly.
And regardless, your delivery was running late & my daughter needed to cancel because she didn’t want to come home from the hospital to a cold pizza on her front porch. You were clearly in the wrong & just needed to cancel the order. Not to be rude...

Bad idea, I should have stopped trying there as the coupon would not apply no matter what I did. So I called and ordered that way, okay no issues it seems. WRONG. I go to the store and pick up the order and hand them my coupon, they tell me it will be $9.... I said NO, as the cashier then tried telling me that I had three toppings. Incorrect. Then he says my bad, good catch the best I can do is $7.50. At that point I was like that makes more sense , whatever just give me my pizza.(still 6.99+0.42=7.41 not $7.50). Bottom line, their website doesnt work properly and neither do their employees as they like to overcharge. Sadly, this is not the first time they have overcharged me its always a few cents here or there. Save yourself the hassle and go to BC Pizza or Little Caesars in town. They have never tried...
