Domino's Pizza — Restaurant in Lowell

So, I've had Domino's more times in my life than I can count... And that's not a complaint because I LOVE pizza. I could it pizza everyday and be totally okay with it so of course as a pizza fan, I've had a few slices of Domino's over the years. Mostly, it's always a good experience (food wise, I mean). But, this time, I am sorry to report, it was less than satisfactory. My gf and I ordered one of those stuffed cheesy-bread things, which have always been great. However, THIS particular loaf.....something was.... Off. The outside was normal, however, the cheese inside wasn't melted thoroughly. It just made the entire thing.....just.....bad. Now, when I order out and the food is incorrect, as long as it's not too off, I just take it and even this time, if it was just me I wouldn't have even given this a second thought, called it just some bad luck and moved on. But, I wasn't alone. My girlfriend was with me and this girl has a sensitive stomach. I believe because the bread wasn't cooked thoroughly it wreaked havoc on her insides. Within 15 minutes of eating that bread, she was on a toilet and very unhappy. I asked her what else it COULD have been in which she replied, hastily, it ONLY could've been that bread. So, in closing, this is why they have received my rating and I do believe it is fair because the service from the employees wasn't bad but it wasn't great. They could've been a little better. So, yeah,...

Worst service I've ever seen. The employees at this location are the rudest I've ever encountered. Every business will have that one or two employees that are and don't care ... but here, it seams like every single one is. Half of a side order I made was missing, and didn't realize until I got home and opened it up. Got hung up on twice before I could speak to anyone (I didn't get any word in beyond "Hello"...). The third time they just rudely said "Yeah, come get it" and hung up immediately. When I got there, they didn't have it, and the manager chewed me, the customer out... really? I didn't swear, didn't yell, didn't get more than 10 words out. I wrote a letter of complaint to their corporate offices. I got a coupon in the mail for a free pizza, no words in reply to my letter, not even an apology. Thanks I guess, but I'm never going back. There are so many other alternatives in this area, there is no...

Today is October 20th. I made a delivery order on the website of a large pizza and a 2 liter diet coke at 8:20pm, but our order never came, at 9:10pm I Was trying to call the store for multiple times, but they would just leave me at the recorded voice woman. At 9:30pm me and my dad went to the store to pick up our order. The Waiter told us that the delivery guy Had called us multiple times, which was not true, so my dad called my mom asking Her for a screenshot of her recent calls, to prove that we weren’t Lying, when I was about to show the waiter, she just made a annoyed face and walked Away while I was Talking. Me and my family are very mad and unsatisfied because of the terrible Way they served us and How they lied to us multiple time, But I assure you that we will never, ever order anything from Domino’s pizza, and neither recommend to antoje.
