Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Lowell

Hi, My kids like pineapple topping so much and my wife prefers jalapeños on pizza. To combine their choices and taste on one pizza, I ordered a Large Pan pizza on 8/23/2019 evening. The order was, however, unable to satisfy my kids and disappointed them. In place of the topping of Pineapple on a half of pizza, oddly enough the pizza had yellow peppers... making it spicy than sweet taste of pineapple. Which Could not be identified when I opens the box at the store and only learned when we stated having dinner. The kids were unhappy at the Friday evening and Finally my wife ended up making homemade food for kids. This is interesting experience as to not get what I ordered. The double blow happened when I tried to call that store’s number... there was no option to connect with the crew to explain this situation and in addition when someone from new order actually answered my call she said she’d transfer the call to the store but no one picked up. I tried one more time but the results were the same. The only positive experience, was, the person on register. He was very friendly and greeted me when I entered and exited out...

I love pizza hut but this had to be probably the worst customer service I have ever had they told me it was a 45 minute wait and I was totally okay with that. I completly understand it gets busy. An hour passes by and still no food i call to make sure they are at least on there way and they tell me the drives was here and banged on my door there is more than five people in my house if I wouldn't have heard it someone had to. So I asked if they called and they tell me I gave them the wrong number , why would I do that? I can hear some one in the back round talking about it , so I say well okay miscommunication it could have happened so I ask them well can you guys just come back out here , but like any other person I would want my food fresh so i asked them if they would re do the order since it has been over an hour and they tell me they are going to give me the same food! I will just take money back thank you. Really pizza hut you got to do something about...

Visited this place tonight 7/30/18. Two stars bc although the food is good, imagine walking into a restaurant w/ a ServSafe sign in the wall and see the guy is the back handling your raw pizza w/ NO GLOVES. Close your eyes and imagine this person kneading your dough and sprinkling your toppings...I asked the manager if that was my party’s food he was making and when she said yes I said “He’s not wearing gloves...” she tried justifying it! What the...?!!! ServSafe certificates ensure that you have a full understanding of why you should be washing your hands AND wearing gloves in the kitchen!! E. Coli comes from not washing your hands and handling food properly before getting it through raw meat/veggies. And yes, it can kill you! As a former restaurant manager this is verrry...
