The store itself has great deals but like a lot of other stores a restroom should be available for customers only. They told me no only for employees that i had to leave in the middle of my shopping to walk and and see if rite aid or dollar general would let me use their bathroom which both stores said no. I went to every store in their plaza and no one had a bathroom they would allow me to use. I went back in and asked if they could make this one time exception and the lady yelled to the other lady she wants to use the bathroom the woman said we said no only employees very rudely! I said i just went thru this entire plaza she said you can go to dunkin donuts which is thru the plaza and across a busy street. I went to dunkin donuts and had to now make a purchase i did not want just to use a bathroom. I understand they are afraid of shoplifters but there is a way for customers not have to leave a store in the middle of their shopping and go around the world just to find a bathroom to use. After 25 minutes I am finally walking back to the store to finish what i needed to get. Not very happy with my experience as far as customer service. I do not know if new owners took over but i used to come to this store alot that they knew me by my name and always very pleasant and helpful and they never had a problem if i needed to use the restroom. I am not sure what happened to the pleasant customer service but if your going to work with the public they should require you to take classes on how to be polite...

Went with my mom today to get a small thing. Young lady at the register was a tad bit disrespectful. Didn’t give us eye contact, slammed our change on the counter saying “here” with a rude tone, also rolled her eyes after giving us the change. Not sure what my mother and I did to provoke her attitude. Will come back in the future, just not letting her ring us...
