I called to make an order, as I’m making my order the women keeps pausing me to talk to other people. In the middle of the call she hands over the phone to a young girl to finish my order. The girl asked for my whole card number including the cvv on the back! That never happens to me… I canceled immediately and hanged up, after I hang up the young girl called already 4 times asking to finish my order when I clearly told them cancel, and if I was a whole different person there. They called again ( this time it was the women that I first spoke with… ) she said do you want your food or no, I said clearly I canceled multiple times. Why y’all keep calling me to buy food. She said why did I cancel and I told her y’all asking for my whole information of my card , y’all can easily use it with everything y’all asked for. And she said I’m sorry that was my 12 year old daughter… I told her when it comes to phone orders especially payments do not put little kids especially asking all this stuff they don’t need . I had delivery. I have been searching and trying out places, since the Jade East in Tewksbury went bad. This place is the closest food I have found to the old Jade. Ordered only 3 appetizers and best I have tasted in some time. Delivery in 30 minutes, and delivery young man was very polite and professional. There is just one thing that bothered me though. The regular size containers were clearly small containers and the large container was the size of an average container. So that might put a hamper on leftovers. And disappointed that there wasn't at least one fortune cookie in my order and they do skimp on the duck sauce. Still giving them a 5 for how good the food tasted. I am okay with overlooking those little spoileges to get well textured, good tasting food any day. I will absolutely be ordering...

I just ordered from here and I will never do it again. First of all, the lady at the front is a complete liar. I specifically asked if there was salt, hot oil, and duck sauce. She said yes. None of it is there, but one small cup hardly having anything in it of duck sauce. THEN I tried the mixed vegetables. I just want to know how you mess that up? It tasted like poison! Like literal cleaner. The quality of the vegetables looked nice and I wished I could've ate them, but they tasted awful. The shrimp rice is a joke. I can't believe you upcharge for this mess. The chicken fingers must have been sitting there for quite a few hours because they were SO stale. I could go on but these were my biggest issues here. Too expensive for the quality...
