Taco Bell — Restaurant in Lowell

I’ve been here twice since they’ve opened and my order was messed up both times! Tonight took the cake though! I was missing 2 crunchy tacos and my large nacho fry so I went inside to get it corrected and sadly I wasn’t the only one with a messed up order. Waited 45 minutes for a small order as well as one other person in lobby, while drive thru went through 17 cars. When I mentioned this issue the gentleman insisted they were going in order on the screen. There's no way that was the case since they were currently preparing an order for a car that had just pulled around. I mobile ordered with a friend of mine at around 9:50 pm on 10/20/24. This location was very busy and only had 2 employees instead of the usual 3-4. Even tho they were busy with limited availability both Rachael and Sherry, were vary nice and helpful.
