Read morei used to work at tropical smoothie and i’ve always loved the company, so when a location closer to me opened up i was stoked. unfortunately, im very disappointed. every time i get a smoothie from this location, it’s chunky and not fully blended. i actually found a chunk of styrofoam in my smoothie the other day and i couldn’t bring myself to finish it after that. i was just glad i found it before my toddler could drink it. last time we ordered, we ended up getting the wrong drinks and food mixed in with ours. when i talk to my friend who still works at the location i did, she tells me that the lowell location is having trouble and i should just go back to the other one, but i don’t feel like driving that long for a smoothie. i don’t know what’s going on in that smoothie line, but i feel like, out of the MANY times i’ve ordered from them, at least ONE of my smoothies should be fully blended and smooth. but they haven’t been good since it...

The operation manager needs to hire more staff and work on demand planning. 2 people can only do so much as a staff. The drive through was backlogged. The POS not working at the drive through impacted the staff and increased a bottle neck. She has to walk to the front desk to Swipe cards. The POS at the drive through needs maintenance.
