The ice cream at Batch is some of the best ice cream in the Lehigh Valley! Their ice cream is super smooth and creamy. It's the perfect texture. They have about 16-20 flavors of ice cream, and some of them rotate. You can get a milkshake made from any of their ice cream flavors, and they have alcoholic shakes as well. Their sundaes are the best thing on the menu though! They have signature sundaes with fun flavors, and my favorite is the Campfire S'mores (vanilla ice cream, graham crackers, hot fudge, and toasted marshmallow). You can also make your own sundae by selecting an ice cream flavor and toppings. The staff is very kind, and the location is awesome because it's inside the Downtown Allentown Market. There are other restaurants located there, so you can get food from one of the other restaurants and then get ice cream from Batch all in one stop. There is seating both inside and outside the market. There is no parking lot, so you can either park on the street or in a nearby garage. The 8th & Walnut parking deck at 777 W Walnut St offers free parking on weekdays 5pm to midnight and on weekends from 8am...

Before I even touch on the delicious ice cream this establishment has.. I would like to speak about the above and beyond customer service and experience I had at this establishment.. From the time I got in line till the time I was served the crew and owner there kept me engaged in pleasant conversation my overall customer experience was above the charts. I wish I could give them ten stars but five is the limit here.. Now to the icre cream I ordered a party cake milkshake by far the greatest shake I have ever had in Allentown to date... Im from Philadelphia I feel confident in saying Nifty Fifty better be happy.this establishment isn't in philly because all hands down this would be the go to spot... In will continue to be a customer at this establishment and I will refer my family and friends here and if your reading this I think you should give them a try I confident in saying you wouldn't want ice cream from anywhere else... I don’t get the fanfare over this ice cream. It’s no better than ice cream from the grocery store and it won’t cost you $20 for ice cream for 3 when you buy it at a Wegmans or Giant. The store bought ice cream is actually much better! I think a lot of people are just falling into that trap of something being said to be new and different. It’s not, folks. It’s ice cream!
