If I could leave ZERO stars I would, I placed my order as usual, I ask for double carne asada and the employee shakes the spoon so the meat falls out and it looks like 1 serving, I ask another employee if it looks like double he says yes and he's red and agitated by my question, because he was bothered by my question I just continue with my order which seems to be going fine now, And then I request guac and he turns around and takes my bowl to the back and I'm like where are you going with my food? I ask the employee at the register and he shrugs his shoulders, I wait and he returns and closes the bowl, I ask where did you go with my food he says to get the guac, I'm like I wanted it on the side, he's like "you didn't say that", I explain you didn't give me the chance, and he proceeds to make it seem like he's going to scoop it out saying "oh well it's on the cover anyway" he's upset and his demeanor is extremely rude, so I tell him can someone else do my order because I no longer want this, he's upset making smart remarks, I continue explaining he took my food to the back he probably spit on it or something, he turns around and yells" we aren't serving her" now his "Manager" comes to the front "Kirt" yelling at me saying how could you say that he spit on your food, repeatedly attacking me, without asking what the problem was to begin with. It was such a horrible experience and felt extremely condescending because it was a team of guys and no one took the time to address his behavior or address what the problem may have been. The staff member was hostile and rude and dismissive. And the other staff pretended like nothing was happening while the manager repeatedly attacked me. I'm definitely bringing this Chipotle's corporate, this should never happen to any customer. Btw there was a dead rat right in front of the business. The staff that's hired seems unbothered and ruthless. I wish them luck on their future endeavors. Their lucky Chipotle considered them...
Read moreI recently had a very bad experience at Chipotle (Krocks Rd, Allentown). (To be precise this incident happened on June 16th). I had ordered a Burrito bowl through DoorDash. Although I had selected all toppings while placing an order, all I got delivered was just a few pieces of meat in my bowls. That’s it! I had paid a full price for the burrito bowl, but almost all the other toppings were missing. I drove to Chipotle to see what the issue was, the cashier at Chipotle said that it was DoorDash’s fault. They could see only meat as an ordered item in their system. But when I pulled out the Order History and receipt from DoorDash app, I could see all the toppings were selected in the order placed. I showed that to the Chipotle staff, but they kept on denying to give me the correct order. Manager’s behavior was unethical and rude. He didn’t have a basic decency to hear me out. He had the audacity to say that they’re not liable for whatever happened and he he left just like that. It doesn’t make any sense why Chipotle charged me a full amount for Burrito Bowl ordered through DoorDash when all they could see in their system was only meat. If that was the case, then they should have charged only for meat. I was asked to resolve this issue with DoorDash and they handed me only the meat. Such a pathetic experience! I didn’t get Burrito Bowl which was my original order, 2. I had to drive to Chipotle just because they got me wrong order delivered, 3. the manager didn’t have a decency to hear me out/resolve this issue 4. The order wasn’t rectified even after conveying the disappointment. This is absolutely a bad customer experience - both on Chipotle and...
Read moreWe Came home from a weekend trip early just to go to Chipotle for the Emmaus baseball team fundraiser. My wife he placed the order online figured it would ask for the code for the fundraiser at the end. Never saw it and could not go back to add it. Ordered three bowls. I arrived approximately 10 minutes early Order was to be ready at 5:40 p.m. order was not ready till approximately 5:48. There was a long line at the service counter. People working the on line order counter kept asking me my name. And kept telling me it was coming right up. In the meantime, the walk-in counter cleared out approximately 12 people at least and then stood around talking with no customers to serve. I think that's a management problem. I even commented and someone told me that they could not help make online orders at the main counter. I find that very inefficient. I only live 4 minutes from the location and when we got home to eat our food it was lukewarm at best. I used to love coming there but the last two or three times were not good at all I wasn't the only one that could not find a place to put the code in the online order. So the high school baseball team I'm sure missed out on. Lots of monies that should have went to the fundraiser .I'm donating money on my own to the baseball team to make up for what they should have gotten from your establishment. No wonder there's are the rumors about you guys closing. Poorly run and managed locations will fail to thrive if...
