Starbucks — Restaurant in Lower Macungie Township

This is the second Starbucks to do a renovation only to make it worse than it was before. once again, we introduce these chairs and seats. They have hard uncomfortable surfaces

This is a sharp contrast to the Starbucks on Whitehall, which still has its nice couches that are comfortable or then coffee shop nowhere with comfortable seating.

I’m pretty confused on why we invested so much money to take the atmosphere down a notch with uncomfortable and less space and seats…

Have updated this from five star to three star we spent a whole month waiting and pretty disappointed with the results ….

I came to Starbucks today on 8 September 2024 and they could be find a seat it’s now so crowded because we have reduced the seating to such a degree. Feels very claustrophobic with limited seating people sitting on top of each other and tables next very close to walls, etc. making The experience overall very uncomfortable with the new design…..:(

Now I drive all the way over here only to find out it’s closed with no explanation as to why….

I see now is open but once again, because you reduced seating, it’s super packed… can barely find a seat which is terrible… I don’t get it. This was actually my favorite location right across from Target...

KENDRA ROCKS. My sister, husband, and I were hesitant on what to order and told her we liked the shaken espresso with oat milk and she suggested doing another order that’s less watered down and cheaper! I work in retail and typically nurse my coffee, so an alternative that doesn’t water down as easily is IDEAL- I’ll save this order for next time!!! She was so warm, inviting, and easy to talk to when she took our orders. And Lauren, who helped make the drinks, was very sweet and remade my drink when I thought it was a little too sweet for me. Just the other week I had a barista at the local Starbucks near me get visibly annoyed with me when they made my order wrong. It made me feel so awkward and anxious— but here I felt awesome because of the excellent customer service!! Thanks...

we went here this afternoon to order some drinks and we decided to order Cranberry Bliss Bars because they were advertised by a sign as 50% off. After we purchased them, we realized that they were not rung up as 50% off. We went back to the front to ask if we could have them for the price they were advertised as, and Ada was extremely rude and refused to refund the money. We told her that they were advertised by a sign right on them that they were 50% off, and she rudely stated that she “had no idea who put that sign there” and that “there was nothing she could do". She was rude and yelling at staff, and was very rude to us as well. Wont be returning soon.

Also note that we bought 7 Cranberry Bliss Bar Boxes because they were 50% off, so the savings would have been...
