Went through drive thru last evening behing an SUV with two young males in it. Took forever to get to the order station since it appeared I was watching some sort of dating site. He asks who is inside working and as the employee rattles off names of other employees he is telling her to relay messages to them. They get done and it's my turn and with all the giggling and carrying on I cannot understand anything she was saying. I finally got my order in and pull up behind the SUV and there is a girl hanging out the drive thru window giggling and putting her arms in the window of the SUV. This goes on for a bit and I just sit and wait. He finally moves and I get up to the window to pay and the girl taking the money was a different girl. I pay and move forward behind the SUV and there again is that girl hanging out the window into the SUV. They were all giggles, touchy feely and very opposite of what they are getting paid for. I felt the whole thing was so inappropriate I was disgusted. I get to the window to get my order and there she is.... apparently groping people and hanging out the windows was more important than getting food out. The girl (Sherri) was at the first window screwing off while people were at the other window waiting for their food. I can say without a doubt I was furious. Read moreRude customer service by Manager, Tony if that's his real name. I placed an order online and the line was so long that by the time I got to the window about 5-6 minutes had passed. When I finally got to the window, I was handed the soda and told to wait for the food. Another 5 minutes or so went by and the manager and the worker at the window were talking, so I waived them down and asked how much longer, they looked at each other in confusion because they thought I had my food. I showed them the drink and the receipt, and the manager "Tony" said that the receipt was over 10 minutes ago and apparently the order had been cleared from the screen. When I tried to explain that is how long I had been waiting he cut me off in mid-sentence saying it was not that serious and shut the window while I while still talking. He finally found my order at a counter near the window and hands it to me and again closes the window with no care. I left for the sake of time and for the customers in line behind me. They lost my business and my family, live less than a mile from there when got home grandkids wanted McDonald’s, told them pick somewhere else McDonald’s does think I need to eat and we will not return.
After almost a month area supervisor admitted was wrong, manager has yet to attempt to correct issue with me has name and address so will not return or recommend this McDonald’s to anyone. Will continue to let people know how they treat...
