Every time I go to the store, they employees are rude. Inpatient with the customers, especially Margaret. Yes, I hope I got her name, correct. She was rude to me. Ordered a chai tea, was served a latte and told repeatedly that it’s the same thing. Had to show them the item in the app. Rude and condescending the entire time. In the end paid 2x what it should cost, waited forever and was served the wrong drink a second time with attitude. This is literally a cup of tea we’re talking about. Finally!! A new DRIVE-THRU Starbucks!

This place is the perfect location, design and size to handle this area. If you are tired of the Bryn Mawr store spilling its line out into Lancaster Avenue, this is the place to go.

Brand New.

The drive up like can accommodate 15(?) cars before it becomes an issue on Lancaster as opposed to the 4 at Bryn Mawr.
