Wendy's — Restaurant in Lower Merion Township

Awful awful awful experience. I literally never leave reviews but the manager on duty was incredibly rude for absolutely no reason, and the food was mostly uncooked and almost inedible.

I pulled up around 9:10am and ordered the new Wendy’s burrito, a frosty, and a chicken biscuit. There was nobody else in line. At the window, I’m handed a cup of coffee with no lid. I realize the mistake, apologize (not sure why), and ask for a frosty instead. She tries to make it seem like they didn’t sell frosty’s, but when I specifically asked about a chocolate one she turned around and yelled at a coworker to make it. It came out in a tiny water cup (correct, not even the small frosty cup) and she shut the window in my face. When she saw me still there a few seconds later (I got no receipt so I had no idea what I was charged for), she rolled her eyes and acted like I came in a minute before close and ordered 10 combo meals.

I’ve worked every type of food service for the last 15 years so I know how bad the job is and how understaffed these places are right now. But if you can’t handle a single breakfast order on a dead Tuesday morning….to the point of yelling at customers…I don’t know. It’s just sad

If Wendy’s ever corporate ever sees this you should just close the Haverford Wendy’s. It’s clear from the other reviews and people I know that it’s like this every day. The manager is hostile and disrespectful in a way that goes beyond the customer/employee experience. I feel bad for other people who have to deal with her.

I love the management here, but the employee sourcing has to get better. Since I've complained to both corporate and the store manager who knows if laqueesha is still working there, but I didn't see her beautiful face when I went this time.. This time she was replaced with a younger copycat... What did she do? okay, here it goes.

She proceeded to take my order trying to speed talk through the process. She thought that I would go away I guess because when I asked for a certain sandwich and they were out of the bread or something I asked for something different and with the mic on she loudly sighed and said is that it (rudely)? No, it was not. I finished my order paid and proceeded to say thank you and before I could get it all the way out Wham!! she closed the window and walks away without saying a word... You know I tried not speaking on it but I'm only finding this with mostly black young ladies at the drive throughs.. What makes them so comfortable being disrespectful to their own kind and when they serve other nationalities it's yes sir, no mam, thx and come again... No one's looking at you bald birds for a date, just give us all well prepared food without the ignorance please and know that everytime I have to deal with these behaviors I will to continue to call corporate and your managers!!!! This was always my wendys go to for good service in the past so im not sure what happened tonight when my fiance and i came to this one at around 10:30. I drove 15min to come to this one because the 2 that are 5 min from me have bad customer service & often the burgers we get are ice cold. Well apparently this must now be a thing across the board at all wendys because our sandwiches didnt even touch a grill or any form of heating device, yet the fries were overcooked. When we arrived, we waited at the ordering menu quite a bit, then kept being told to hold which is fine. What wasnt fine was having to order like 3 times because for whatever reason they seemed confused by my small easy order. So i found out why once i got to the window and got a huge whiff of the “green” smell when the window opened. Like i dont care about that but like dont let it affect your ability to do good work or wait until youre at least off your shift if it will affect...
