Not the dine in experience we had hoped for :( My fiancée and I have both visited this Buffalo Wild Wings once in the past and had great service/experience.
Today (9/25 @ 8:45pm) we stopped in for dinner hoping for another great experience. We both left very disappointed. The waitress we had although kind, left us both feeling as if she kept constantly forgetting about us. I get it. It was busy and she was helping 10 other tables (I legitimately counted 10 tables including us). Totally understandable, but she didn't make up for it at times when she could've. For example; we never got any silverware until we were 10 minutes into our meal then she asked if we wanted silverware. Afterwards, I watched her frequently check up with all the other tables, but we were left forgotten :( not even so much as a quick "Hey, how is everything?" After our meal, we sat there for 20 minutes and then she came by asking if we wanted refills or desert. We just wanted our checks by this point and kindly asked for them. We sat there for 25 more minutes waiting for them. I had to go up and ask a separate employee for our check. 5 minutes later, we finally got our check and the waitress apologized for the wait and thanked us for our patience.
Food was soso. They went light when coating the wings with sauce, there was almost no sauce at all :(. My fiancée said her sandwich was good, but the cheese fries were lacking cheese... They went very sparingly with that as well.
So unfortunately I left feeling 3 things: 1- I felt bad for the waitress having to bartend, provide service for 10+ tables, and cater to all their needs.
2- Upset because we really did feel forgotten about. There were times where she could've at least asked how things were going.
3- Angry at Buffalo Wild Wings for expecting this one single waitress to be able to bartend, cater, and be a cashier to 30+ people. It's physically impossible for 1 person to do all that in addition to making customers happy. Why didn't she have any help?
Sadly I can't say that I'll be returning to this Buffalo Wild Wings anytime soon... I could look past the food, but the service and lack of staffing really soured the experience for us....
5/2024 update: Nearly 3 years later, we finally came back to give them another chance and the experience was just as bad, but this time it wasnât even busy. I downgraded my original review from 2 stars to 1. We will NEVER come back to...

I want to share a deeply disappointing experience my family and I had this past Sunday, June 8th, around 2 PM, at your restaurant.
We visited the establishment to enjoy some wings. While the food itself was average at best, our experience was significantly impacted by what followed. A gentleman who was serving us provided outstanding serviceâfriendly, respectful, and genuinely interested in where we were from, as we are not originally from the area. His attitude made us feel welcome.
However, things took a shocking and unacceptable turn. A woman who appeared to be the manager suddenly began shouting at this waiter in the middle of the restaurant. She insulted him loudly and aggressively, apparently upset that he had spent about four or five minutes engaging in friendly conversation with us. Her reaction was completely disproportionate and unprofessional.
To our disbelief, she proceeded to literally kick him out of the restaurant, continuing to yell at him in front of everyone. It was disturbing to witness. We were heartbroken for the waiterâhe was simply doing his job with kindness and enthusiasm.
The atmosphere in the restaurant turned extremely tense. Even the other staff members seemed scared and unsure of how to react. My children were frightened and visibly upsetâthey had never witnessed something like this before. We couldnât even finish our meals.
I sincerely hope that this incident is reviewed by senior management. The behavior of this manager was appallingâdemonstrating a complete lack of leadership, emotional intelligence, and customer service orientation. While I unfortunately didnât catch the waiterâs name, he deserves far better than what he experienced that day. I truly hope he finds a better working environment soon.
Given this experience, I cannot recommend this location to others. I urge the company to investigate the incident and reconsider how managerial positions are filled in order to prevent similar situations in the...

My boyfriend and I went in for lunch today. The wings and fried pickels were excellent! The young server in cowboy boots good UNTIL he pocketed a $50 and insisted my boyfriend didn't pay him fully. Instead of causing a scene I gave him four chances/tests to fess up. Alas, the boy failed each. He ran to the register, took the $50 he pocketed and threw it down, then had his coworker run over to get it. Lastly he got the manager. Well well well..... The girl comes out of the mens bathroom w a $50. The $50 ripped specifically in one corner...... in a stalllllllll. Um no honey, my man stands to pee. Not in the stall (where there wasn't anyone like you said btw - test remember). Note: There were families around so we played it off then I pulled the manager aside and warned him to look at the tapes. I was an Officer. As in dude you made a big mistake kind. SHAME on you son! I truly hope your manager did the right thing. And I hope your coworker NEVER COVERS for your line of stupid again bc next time, YOU will be locked up and/ cross the wrong person. The Manager btw.... a terrific man! Do the right thing by your customers. The boy went too far and his coworker ... stupid as hell by covering for him ... Honey next time scope his "victims" better eh hem yeah saw EVERYTHING. Manager, sorry you may be out workers now but YOUR career isn't worth losing nor damaging for that! I will be back to see if they were fired. And before anyone says "well maybe they need the money...." ok, please give them yours bc I work WAY to hard to be scammed...
