I would usually rate a 5, but I went to get my toddler daughter some clothing and they had the little anti theft tags on (which clipped multiple outfits together.) So I asked the lady at the front to take the tags off so I can go to the dressing room and offered to come right back after I was done so she can put tags back on the items I didn’t want. She then proceeded to put the tags NOT in the hem lines and ended up putting holes in every single outfit, which essentially destroys the outfit because the hole gets larger and larger after every single wash. Why should I pay $12.99 for an outfit or $17.99 for a set of outfits if they can only be worn once or twice before they get ruined? It’s obnoxious and it’s literally ruining store merchandise. Not to mention, the outfit set I was in love with for my daughter had a huge hole in it from her aggressively ripping the anti theft device out. And there wasn’t another one of those sets in her size. This behavior is just going to cause unhappy customers, more returns, and lost revenue for the company. I’d rather go to another Burlington or another store all together if that’s the behavior that’s going to continue. There’s a Ross right across the street now, so I wouldn’t have to travel any extra.
The funny thing is, there are LOADS of hangers in the dressing rooms. Why didn’t all those people have issues getting the tag off their clothes but I did? I’ve been coming there for a few years to the point employees know our names. Not sure why that one employee had a huge issue with me. She must be new because the amount of disrespect was ridiculous too. I shouldn’t have gotten an eye roll when I said that’s going to ruin the clothes. I’ve worked in retail. You’re trained to put tags in hem lines for a reason. I know the manager removed her from the front after that, but still. Shouldn’t have...
Read moreIf I could give this store 0 stars I definitely would! I purchased 3 items about two weeks ago for a short vacation. I ended up not using the items (outfit, toothpaste, perfume) so I went to return them. They returned the toothpaste and the outfit but wouldn't return the perfume. When I asked why the perfume wasn't returned they said & I quote we do not return perfume. Ok why isn't that stated on your receipt with the return policy. The Caucasian lady that did the partial return and the manager on duty at the time was very nasty. I asked for the cooperate number and for them to give me their names they wouldn't.. mumbling curse words under their breath. Safe to say I won't ever be back! I've been calling headquarters all day no answer. But i will keep calling until I speak to someone because as a frequent Burlington shopper I dnt appreciate the treatment received. This was my last time spending my hard earned money with these...

6/10/21Hidden treasures and random stuff. Not enough people working the register or anywhere else in the store. Cashier didn't know how to redeem my Burlington credit card rewards, seriously? So She calls the Manager who is also clueless. Instead of redeeming my Burlington credit card rewards they decided to scan random cheap merchandise laying around instead of what I actually purchased. How do I return merchandise If their employees and managers are tricking their system to give me my earned discount? Basically this place is a joke. Easton Nazareth...
