Dunkin' — Restaurant in Lower Paxton Township

This store has consistently gone downhill over the past 2 and a half years. As a former crew member, I have particularly high expectations for how the store should operate. I continue to frequent this location because of my previous experience with the company, KPV, and former staff. I will no longer frequent this store. While the second shift crew was friendly, they were under-trained and ill-prepared to meet my needs. I could 't remember how long a box of Joe stayed hot for; none of the 3 crew members knew either. The front counter person needed assistance in ringing in my order of 6 muffins and a sliced croissant. I pre-ordered my food for the next morning and yet my order wasn't prepared. The box of Joe bags didn't have lids, stirrers, napkins, or the appropriate amount of sugar. The store was also out of creamers so they gave me a cup of creamer. I will say this however, Jose was friendly. I called in to add a box of Joe to my order. He made note of it on the bakery items I ordered. I would gladly give a zero rating if it was possible. I have been here twice and left without purchasing a thing. While the establishment is gorgeous and very clean, the employees left much to be desired. For starters, if they are currently out of a particular donut. You get a lackluster "This is what we have" with a nod to a fairly empty rack. Not what I am used to - when the cashier would normally state. "We are out right now, but will have them in xxx amount of time, do you want to wait". The cashier is not interested in being there- she had to finish her text before acknowledging my presence. Another time I asked for a cake donut with chocolate frosting ( there were cake donuts on the shelf) - she said they didn't know how to make them when I asked if they could put frosting on the donut. Which had been done a numerous different ones I had been to in the past. Not to go into detail about the other customers who received the same type of treatment. One wanted asandwich with both bacon and sausage. She just read off the cashier what...

We are from out of town visiting Hershey Park. Stopped here for coffee. Asked for melted sugar and was told they were too busy. We were the only ones in line. After trying to get the right order, the girl refused to put a lid on it and told me to melt it myself. I grabbed it, and it spilled. I then said screw this and walked out. All 4 of the workers then chased me out into the parking lot, and attacked me. The old lady, mother of one of the workers, pulled my hair from behind, as i hit her daughter (only after she hit me mind you) then they all jumped on me. My husband jumped out of the car, and they retreated. He stopped the male worker that was on his way out. My children had to witness this. The police were called, and they sided with the workers....lol.... They protect their own i guess. Other customers that spoke to us as we were standing there said these workers are rude and always swearing and are lazy. By these reviews, i think DD should step up and do something about this dump, and its trashy employees....
