Please check for yourself the cost at neighboring brusters. Notice there is a nice discount for half gallons over quarts. Yes I paid the price thinking that's just what it was at all brusters. And honestly when I was told 23 dollars I was floored but really wanted to try the flavors. But when I picked up and the total was 50 it blew my mind, didn't expect TAX on ice cream, grocery stores don't charge tax on ice cream, and by that point I didn't feel it was right to just walk away after it was already packed. And why do you have half gallon containers but no lids? When I was told I got 4 quarts, my first thought was that I'd've gotten 4 flavors if I knew it'd packed that way. You wouldn't take my phone number so if course you couldn't call and ask me if i wanted other flavors when it was going to be packed that way. When we got home I started looking at other locations and found, YES, you are FIFTY PERCENT HIGHER. DO THE MATH. 50% of 15.49 is 7.75. 15.49 +7.75 = 23.24. 23.24 x 2 = 46.48 x 1.06 tax = 49.27. So you are actually higher than 50% more!! I realize prices everywhere have gone up ridiculously. But we used to order all the time from brusters and not that long ago it was EIGHT dollars for a half gallon. And nothing else has gone up over SIX TIMES the price in just a few years. Think about that for a second. Don't worry, we did not even like those ice cream flavors, left a greasy feeling in my mouth. So we will never be returning to your location. Thanks

Telling them 2-3 times I wanted chocolate ice cream and not vanilla. My order comes out and I noticed right away it was vanilla ice cream. I neverrr complain about anything, but I really dislike vanilla ice cream. I told him about the mistake and he apologized. No big deal! 1 minute later he comes back and gives me my blast. Wow… that was quick. I get back into the truck and was disappointed. Rather than remaking my blast with chocolate ice cream, he thought I wouldn’t notice that he put chocolate syrup in it and mixed it up. There is a huge taste difference and I know my chocolate ice cream. Instead of making me a new blast, he put a bandaid on the mistake thinking I wouldn’t notice. There was also little to no candy in the blast. I ordered a birthday cake from this location because it was the only location that sold what I wanted (a ganache) and drove an hour to pick it up. I ordered it well in advance to the pickup date. When I went to pick it up, the young man showed me this horribly designed cake that was NOTHING like what's advertised on their site. When I responded in dismay, he apologetically explained that he was told to do the decorating and it was only his second time decorating a cake! Because I felt bad for the kid, I took the cake and made a note to call and speak to the manager later because I didn't want to embarrass him when clearly it was not his fault, as a cake this delicate should have been done by someone more professional. I called and spoke to the manager a few days later and was told she'd issue a refund. It's been almost 2 weeks and that has not yet happened and now no one is answering the phone when I've been calling and leaving messages.
