if I could give this place zero stars, I would. it's been up and down since it opened, but the past year or so it's been awful. it is super close to my house and there's no other locations on my way to work, which is the only appeal this place had. I can no longer go here. at first the coffee was as you'd expect, but every time I'd order a sandwich with no cheese, I'd get down the road, open it and it had cheese and I couldn't eat it... or I'd order donuts and get the wrong ones. if you don't have them, just say that and ask for a substitution.
this morning was the final straw. it was not busy, I ordered an iced macchiato with the coffee milk, get to the window, the lady was pretty rude, began to pass me the drink that looked like a glass of milk and I said oh that's not mine, I ordered a macchiato. she said no it is, someone just mixed it up already and I'm like well it doesn't look like there's any coffee at all in that and that's not a macchiato, it's more espresso and it's layered on top and she stormed off with an attitude. it's one thing if this was the first time and I was being an unreasonable Karen, but I ordered a more expensive drink and you tried to give me a glass of milk and then got angry with me about it.

Read moreThis appears to be a recently renovated or brand new location with shiny new fixtures. features include multiple cold brews on tap, and not just coffee. They have a wide and modern drive-thru lane. which has been packed when I've passed this location previously. They have self-order , touch screen menu stations inside and I was asked to use them as the team of staff were serving a number of people in the drive-thru. Touch screen order menu worked well and even has a place to scan your app for coupons or to pay by app as well as credit card and tap and pay. However, this is where the challenge came as the items on the menu were not all available at this location. To menu items we're not available when I went to pick up my order which they integrated was complete. When I showed the staff their own ticket with two items missing a manager was called to resolve. His first reaction was to tell me they don't have those. When I asked for substitute items he was unable to identify the inventory other than what was on the menu which was clearly inaccurate. No doubt will resolve all of this as the team works...
Read moreAbsolutely awful customer service. Tried ordering at the counter because the kiosk menu is awful. They didn't even look at me or tell me to use the kiosk. Finally used the kiosk. Spent $18 on donuts, a stuffed croissant, 2 fritters and coffee. They acted like my order was complete after giving me the burned croissant. 6 people working there, joking around, didn't even box my donuts, and then forgot the apple fritters I ordered. Practically nobody else in the store, only drive thru, and they acted like I didn't exist. Shouldn't take 10 minutes and numerous reminders to box donuts that are sitting on a shelf. Will not be...
