China Moon — Restaurant in Lower Saucon Township

I live 20 minutes from here and it will always be my go to chinese restaraunt! If I call in an order it is done within 10 minutes and if order inside it is done usually in less! They're the only chinese restaraunt that I know of that uses breast meat chicken in their dishes and fresh veggies in all their dishes. Nothing is cold when they ring you up! It is totally worth the drive. There are 5 chinese places in my town but the drive is absolutely worth it. All the workers are super friendly as well! If you want to get Chinese food in Hellertown, you're either going here or to New Star next to the Hellertown Diner. Each has it's benefits. If you're looking at the building itself, China Moon is slightly cleaner inside, though both are more of a take out place than sit and eat. The difference is speed: Where I had to wait nearly 25 minutes for my food at China Moon (Pork Lo Mein and two eggrolls) the same order at New Star had me in and out in a little under 7 minutes. Loved this place until last night. I crunched on something hard in my chicken with broccoli; I ignored it. Today, I ate leftover wonton soup. One of my wontons had a 1.5 inch long metal shard in it! My husband thinks it’s from steel wool. And of course, the restaurant is closed on Tuesdays so I cannot call to complain.
