Starbucks — Restaurant in Hellertown

The nail in the coffin: how can you have 4 people working and no one acknowledges you standing there for a while like a moron because it’s not in their job description but then finally a 5th comes to take your order. Never even asked for my name. Just leave me my order on the counter to figure out just like a euro escort from slovenia. While waiting for not my so hot drink I went to use the bathroom and it was gross with tissue paper on the floor, soap and scum around the sink area yuck! You charge me almost a dollar more for non dairy milk? lol So now the drinks are over $6 and that’s the quality of Starbucks? I have been an avid SB customer for over 10 years easy it ended today. I am sure you hired 5 people for the price of 1 and jacked your prices so you can keep your CEO bonuses. Good...

More people would take advantage of the outdoor seating if it was actually properly cleaned and taken care of...overflowing garbage, dead plants, FILTHY tables and all the furniture is not organized. I would have loved to take advantage of the beautiful weather but could not sit there due to the disgustingly dirty tables. I went back a couple of days later, thinking it was just an off day for them, but, nope..the exact same mess was still there. I think they only swept outside and cleaned everything for the first week they were open, I'll go...

This is one of the best locations I have ever been to! Being that I go to Starbucks (at least) 6 days out of the week, it's really nice to go to a place where the Employees are so friendly! I get the same thing all the time (Iced Caramel Macchiato) and they make it top notch every time!

Marisa is a great addition to the team and she is always so pleasant, plus she knows my order everytime, too!
